Our weight training team has designed this pull-up bar so that you can easily do bodyweight exercises at home.
Want a bar that you can install quickly? Introducing the Pull-Up Bar: it can be set up and taken off without any screws so that you can start working your upper body in an instant.
Problems
You can't lock your pull-up bar into place
Start by adjusting the length of your bar by turning each end of it.
Next, tighten the central part of the bar to get the exact length.
To stop your bar coming loose during use, simply slide the little blue clip into one of the 2 notches.
The blue clip is broken
