- 4 chrome-plated clamping nuts (200 grams per nut)

What is the maximum weight for each bar?
Maximum kilos per bar:60kg.
Can weights be added?
Within the limit of 60 kg per bar, you can buy cast iron discs here, be careful to take an internal diameter of 28mm:
What is the maximum load that can be carried by the barbell vertically and horizontally?
The maximum vertical or horizontal weight is 30 kilos per side.
Be careful to properly tighten your threaded disc collars.
How long is the grip?
The grip length is 11cm.
What is the length for fitting the weights?
The length for fitting the weights is 10cm on each side.
What should you do if the bars or weights rust?
We advise you not to store your kit in a damp place or outside.
If rust still appears, you can remove it with a number of natural products such as white vinegar, lemon or baking soda.
You can also find specific rust removal products in a DIY shop.
Is the case sold separately?
No, the carrying case is not sold separately.
Can the bars be bought separately?
Yes, it is possible to buy compatible bars separately.
