RESTRICTIONS
Not suitable for children under 3.
Children must be supervised by an adult.
Max user weight: 100 kg.
→ We recommend leaving a space of two metres around your trampoline.
→ Do not wear shoes on the trampoline.
It's strongly recommended that you wear socks with silicone grips on the sole so that you won't slip.
Only one person should be on the trampoline at a time to avoid collisions and injuries.
Designed for outdoor use only. Do not use indoors.
→ Do not install on any kind of hard surface (tiles, wood, concrete, asphalt, etc.).
For home use only.
This product is not designed for professional use.
→ An anchor kit or ballast bags must be attached to the legs of your trampoline to keep it stable when in use.

STORAGE ADVICE
The posts and net can be folded down in just a few seconds without the need for any tools. You can then put our protective cover (sold separately) on to reduce the risk of the trampoline getting caught by the wind by around 50% (tested in a wind tunnel).
Make sure to correctly position your posts and don't let the cover form a dip, otherwise it'll fill with water.
→ Remember to check for and regularly remove any stagnant water.
Consider dismantling your product and storing it in a sheltered place over winter to make it last longer.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Regularly check that the different parts of your trampoline are fixed securely.
Check that the springs aren't worn and are in good condition (no signs of rust, for example).
Over time, they may stretch or even break.
The springs are wearing parts.
Check that the springs are properly covered by the foam padding (spring protector).
Check that the net, jumping bed and protective parts are in good condition. Sunlight, rain, snow and extreme temperatures can reduce the durability of these parts.
→ If your trampoline is making a noise, lubricate the metal joints using the tube of Teflon grease.
Regularly clean off dirt and remove dead leaves.
Use a soft cloth, lukewarm water and some mild detergent.
Do not use abrasive or toxic products to clean your trampoline or a pressure hose as this may damage it.
→ If you're planning to put any parts of your trampoline into storage for the winter, remember to do so before the heavier rains arrive. Thoroughly dry all of the parts before putting them away so that they won't rust or go mouldy.

Bad weather advice

Secure and protect your trampoline

If there's any wind at all – even light wind – it's ESSENTIAL that you SECURE your trampoline.
You should ideally have chosen to put your trampoline in the most sheltered spot in your garden.

→ FOLD DOWN the POLES and NET when moderate or strong winds are forecast or to protect it from adverse weather conditions.
If necessary, completely dismantle your trampoline and/or put it away inside.

IMPORTANT: Using the anchor kit or ballast bags alone will not guarantee that your trampoline is safe from the wind. It's essential that you also fold down the net and posts. If necessary, remove the jumping bed and the foam to minimise the risk of the trampoline getting caught by the wind.
Depending on the weather conditions, it is recommended that you dismantle your trampoline entirely.

WARRANTY: breakages following inclement weather are not covered by the warranty.

Please carefully read the assembly instructions and conditions of use for your trampoline, which can be found below.

Questions about using your mini stepper

Ready to touch the stars?

What type of use is this trampoline designed for?

This trampoline is designed for outdoor use.
Tired of telling your kids to stop jumping on their / your bed, so finally gave in and bought a trampoline?
We'll shortly be bringing out a new range of accessories.
In the meantime, here are some ideas for fun (yet safe) games that you can play on your trampoline!

What is the QR code on the product for?

By scanning this QR code with your smartphone, you can access all of our advice on how to assemble, use, look after and repair your trampoline.

Can you walk on the spring cover?

NO.
Important: never walk or run on the spring cover. It is there to protect users from the springs.

You can step on it when getting onto the trampoline, but you must not walk around it.
Walking on it will wear it out prematurely and risk damaging the springs.

Tip: To avoid wearing it out at the entrance, regularly rotate the protective foam.

420 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs
So the net doesn't have a zip?

YES.
Safe and simple.
Our design team has designed the net to have an "overlapping" opening.
It complies with all the applicable standards to keep users safe.
So say goodbye to broken or stuck zips!
Just be careful not to step on the net when climbing on and off the trampoline!
It'll last longer.

420 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs
Why do you have to fold down the posts and net when it's windy?

Folding down the posts reduces how much the trampoline gets caught by the wind by almost 50% (tested in a wind tunnel).
It's therefore essential that you do so if bad weather is forecast.

The posts and net can be folded down in just a few seconds without the need for any tools. You can then put our protective cover on (sold separately).

Ideally, when you installed your trampoline, you'll have found somewhere in your garden that's sheltered from the wind so that your trampoline won't go flying off in the slightest breeze.

But to make it even safer, consider fixing or weighing it down.

If your trampoline sits on grass, we recommend using the anchoring kit. If it's on a hard surface, place sandbags on the legs to keep it stable.

All of these precautions are well worth doing, but they still might not be enough in windy weather.
No matter the season, there's only one guaranteed solution: remove the posts and safety net, and potentially the jumping bed too.

This is the only way of stopping your trampoline from getting picked up by the wind.

Please note that, in the event of breakages caused by bad weather, YOUR TRAMPOLINE IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY (even where an anchor kit or ballast bags are used)

420 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs

MAINTENANCE: Should you put the trampoline away over winter?

YES.
We strongly recommend protecting your trampoline over winter.

You've no doubt noticed that your trampoline consists of a frame, steel springs and a jumping surface.
The metal has been given a special rustproof treatment.

So, the things that need protecting during winter are the jumping bed and the protective foam.

As soon as the weather starts getting wetter, we recommend putting it away or, if you're going to leave it outdoors, protecting it somehow.

Of course, if you live somewhere sunny, you can put your trampoline away later than someone who lives in a much wetter region.

If you live in a region where winters are very harsh (sub-zero temperatures, snow, ice, freezing rain), you'll need to bring the most fragile parts of the trampoline indoors to protect them.

We recommend removing the net, the bed and the protective foam so that you can store them indoors in a place where the temperature won't fluctuate.
So it's best to avoid garden sheds and uninsulated attics. These fabric parts of your trampoline are the most fragile and therefore the most important ones to protect from the winter weather.

Before dismantling the various parts of your trampoline and putting them away for the winter, sweep your trampoline to remove any thorns or twigs that may have fallen onto it.
Then, wipe it over with a damp sponge to remove any dust.
Leave everything to dry before folding up your trampoline. Doing these small maintenance jobs before winter means that you'll find your trampoline in pristine condition come the spring!

As for the frame, we recommend putting a protective cover over it.

*********************************************************************************

If you don't have space to store your trampoline indoors over the winter and therefore need to leave it outside, you need to protect it from the weather. That's why you need a cover.

The rain, snow and ice will all put your trampoline to the test over the winter months. Why? Because they all place extra weight on your trampoline's bed. And if you don't get rid of the extra weight manually, it takes some time to disappear by itself. If a static weight (snow or a puddle of water, for example) sits on certain parts of the trampoline for an extended period, this can put a strain on the bed and springs.

If you're not able to dismantle and store the various parts of your trampoline, we recommend putting a tarp over it. First of all, take down the posts that hold up the safety net and lay them on the bed. Then, cover the trampoline with the tarpaulin that came with it or with a standard garden tarpaulin. If it snows and there's a risk that the snow will hang around for several days, it's worth clearing the trampoline with a broom.

And of course, when the trampoline is covered over, children absolutely shouldn't climb on top of it. This would risk damaging the posts and the safety net.

The warranty is only valid if you take good care of your equipment.
More details available in the user guide.

360 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs
MAINTENANCE: Are there any parts that should be changed regularly?

YES.
We recommend replacing the safety net and the protective parts, such as the foam, every 3 years.
Regularly check the springs and jumping bed for wear and tear.
If you notice any wear to the springs (loss of tension, rust, damage, etc.), replace the parts immediately.
A broken spring will cause other springs to break.
More details are available in the user guide.

PROBLEM: The trampoline is making a noise.

The trampoline is making a metallic noise when used. What should I do?

→ Check that your trampoline is assembled correctly as per the user guide or video.
→ Check that all of the springs are there and that they are in good conditions.
→ Follow the instructions for use and weight restrictions for using the trampoline.
The trampoline might sound louder in a small, enclosed garden.
→ The metal parts may rub against each other and cause a noise.
When assembling your trampoline, use the tube of Teflon grease to lubricate the metal joints to prevent friction.

420 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM: The trampoline isn't stable and is moving around.

There are several things you should check:
→ Make sure the trampoline is installed on a flat, stable, horizontal surface.
→ Make sure the trampoline is not installed on a hard concrete, asphalt, tiled, wooden or similar floor.
→ We strongly recommend fixing the trampoline to the floor, either using the anchoring kit or using our ballast bags.
This will keep the product stable and users safe.
→ Check that your trampoline is assembled correctly, working through the assembly steps one by one.
→ Check that the legs aren't twisted.

420 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM:  Help, I can't get the springs on!

Check steps 4 & 7
The springs need to be the right way around.
One side goes on the frame, and the other goes on the eyelet in the jumping bed.
Make sure to assemble the springs in the correct order (steps 4&7).
IMPORTANT: If you start by installing everything on the same side, you won't be able to finish.

Our advice:
Use the tool that came with the trampoline to help you correctly mount the springs.
Lean on the frame for more force.
Feel free to take it in turns when assembling the springs.

420 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM: One of the springs is broken. Is that normal and what should you do about it?

The trampoline's springs are wearing parts.

Over time, they may stretch or even break.

It's important to regularly check that they're in good condition, aren't rusty and aren't losing their tension.
A loose spring can potentially come off.

If a spring gets broken, it's important to change it quickly, otherwise the other springs may start to break one by one.

They're available as spare parts in packs of 10.
Your trampoline contains 88 springs.

420 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM: One of the "push pins" is broken or has come out of place. What should I do?

If one of the push pins has come out of place, don't panic!

↪ Use our springs tool or a pair of pliers to pull it out.
↪  If it has got pushed into the frame, use a long flathead screwdriver to pull it out, or a small wooden stick, or any long, thin object that you can use to reach it.
↪ Pull it back into position.

↪  If you're at all unsure, take a look at our tutorial below.

If you need a replacement, they're available to buy in packs of 5.

420 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM: the jumping bed has got stretched.

If your jumping bed is lacking tension, there are several things to check.

The state of the jumping bed.
↪ Make sure there aren't any holes in it.
↪ The fabric parts for attaching the springs should not have come unstitched and should not be damaged.
↪ The metal brackets should all be present and should not be damaged.

The state of the springs.
↪ The springs should all be present and correctly fixed in place.
↪ They should not be damaged or stretched.

The state of the frame.
↪ The frame should not be deformed.
↪ The parts where the springs attach should not be damaged.

REPAIRS: Does the post cap come off? Is that normal?

The cap on top of the post in an essential safety element as it holds the net onto the frame.
Our design team has given the cap a safety clip so that it won't come off and will stay in place on the post .

Has yours broken? You can buy the cap only or the cap + post as a spare part.

To find out how to remove the old cap, see our tutorial below.
Please note: if you take it apart, you could damage the safety clip and would need to install a new cap.

420 Round Trampoline: User guide and repairs
REPAIRS: Why is the foam pad that covers the springs in several parts?

Has your spring cover got worn?

Did you leave it outside over winter, or are your kids such big fans of their trampoline that they've worn out the entrance? There's no need to change the whole thing!

We've made the cover from several parts so that you only need to change the worn part.
It's practical, as well as being much easier to install!

If you want to change the whole thing, remember to order enough pieces to make a complete circle!
→ On the 240/300 trampoline: 3 pieces.
→ On the 360/420 trampoline: 4 pieces.

Important reminder: never walk or run on the spring cover. It's there to protect users from the springs.
Walking on it will wear it out prematurely and risk damaging the springs.
Tip: To avoid wearing it out at the entrance, regularly rotate the protective foam.

Jumping bed
→ 100% polypropylene

Spring cover
→ 50% polyvinyl chloride
→ 50% expanded polyethylene

Safety net
→ 100% polyester

METAL PARTS
Our materials are durable.
- All of the frame's tubes, which come with a 5-year warranty, comply with the ISO 8493 and ISO 8492 standards to guarantee stability and durability.
They are made from hot-dip galvanised steel for excellent rust resistance.
- All of the 24 mm diameter and 29 coil springs are made from steel that has been electrogalvanised to make it rustproof. They offer a rigidity of 4 N/mm. In the lab, we put them through 45,000 cycles of being stretched from 15 to 95 mm without breaking or weakening.

SOFT PARTS
- The jumping bed is made from UV-resistant polypropylene (material used for sailing ropes)
- The safety net is made from UV-resistant polyethylene and can withstand forces beyond those of the required standards.
- The foam padding on the posts is embossed with a crossed weft to make it last longer.

All of our trampolines comply not only with the EN 71-14 trampolines standard and toys standards, but are also put through numerous additional tests by accredited external laboratories to reassure us that they present no risk to the health and safety of our young users (chromium 6, phthalates, formamide, bisphenol A and S).
