The 900 power rack takes up just 6 m² of floor space so that you can train at home with no hassle.

You'll need a ceiling height of 250 cm to do complete pull-ups (the bar is 219 cm high).

The 900 Cage power rack (2023 model) weighs 81 kg.

The box is 120 cm x 78 cm x 26 cm and weighs a total of 85 kg.

We recommend having two people to move and install it.

It'll take around 75 minutes for two people to assemble the 900 (2023 model) power rack.

The 900 Cage power rack (2023 model) comes with a full user guide and an assembly video (above) so that you can put it together easily.

The 900 rack is generally very easy to assemble as it's just a metal frame, nuts and bolts. However, there are a few points where the parts have to go a certain way around.

The crucial steps are:

Assembling the bottom of the frame:
Make sure the "T" reinforcements are properly fitted

Step 2:
Make sure the "P" upright and the connector are properly positioned.

Steps 2 & 3:
Make sure the "O" uprights are positioned correctly.
The eyelets (for attaching a resistance band or pulley) should be positioned on the inside of the rack.

Step 7:
Be careful to not mix up and to correctly position the "I & J" vertical uprights.

Steps 8 & 10:
Make sure the "L & R" uprights are positioned correctly.
The eyelets (for attaching a resistance band or pulley) should be positioned on the inside of the rack.

Steps 12 & 13:
Make sure the "M" crossbar is positioned correctly.
The wooden bar should be on the inside of the rack.

Steps 14 & 15:
When assembling the pull-up bar, make sure that the reinforcements are correctly fitted.

Make sure that everything is fully tightened.
If you overtighten the bolts, you could "crush" the frame.
On the other hand, if there is any play in your 900 rack, it means that the bolts aren't tight enough.
Don't forget to fit the reinforcements and washers where shown in the user guide.

We strongly recommend putting gym mats down on the floor to reduce the risk of damage and to make your workouts more comfortable. The type of floor you have, your own weight and the load you have on the rack will all affect this risk.

You don't have to fix the "900 Cage (2023 model)" to the ground if you don't want to.

It's designed to be stable without being anchored to the floor.
Just make sure that you assemble it correctly and don't overload it.

All the same, if necessary, it can be fixed to the floor using the holes in the frame.

The 900 Cage power rack (2023 model) should not be set up or stored outside or in a damp place.
It is made from metal and doesn't have any rustproofing.
It can be installed in a garage or similar, provided that it isn't damp in there.

You can't adjust the height of the 900 Cage power rack (2023 model).
It's essential to assemble the frame in full so that it works properly.

The rack is 218 cm high in total, and we recommend that your ceiling is 250 cm high.

The 900 Cage power rack (2023 model) is perfect for anyone between 1.60 and 1.95 m tall weighing no more than 150 kg.

On the 900 Cage power rack (2023 model), you can set the bar rests from 55 cm to 180 cm at 5 cm increments.

The product's uprights are 6 cm across.

You can't adjust the height or width of the pull-up bar.

It can be positioned in two different ways.

The max load on the pull-up bar is 150 kg
It is 218 cm high in its highest position.

You can't assemble the 900 Cage power rack (2023 model) without the pull-up bar.
It's essential for keeping the frame stable.

The 900 Cage power rack (2023 model) comes with:
2 bar rests.
2 bar catchers.
2 weights brackets, each with a 28/50 mm adapter.

For an all-round workout, you can also fit the rack with the following:

You can use 28 mm and 50 mm barbells with your 900 power rack.
Make sure your barbell is long enough (we recommend at least 2 m).

The 900 Cage power rack (2023 model) comes with a bar bracket at the back, protected by a hood.

It can take a 50 mm bar. If you want to use a 28 mm bar too, you can use the 28/50 mm adapter.

IMPORTANT: do not put the 28 mm bar on the bar holder without the 28/50 mm adapter as doing so could cause the frame to twist or the bar to fall off.

No, in the interest of comfort and safety your bar must be at least 2 m long with a diameter of 28 mm or 50 mm.

You can attach resistance bands to the fixed parts to help you do your exercises.
You might also want to consider getting our weight-training pulley, which fits our racks.

The 900 Cage power rack (2023 model) has not been designed to take a punching bag.

You MUST NOT HANG A PUNCHING BAG FROM IT with a carabiner or other type of hook, particularly on the eyelets, as they are not designed for this and the rack could tip over if you do so.

We recommend purchasing a punching bag stand.

This rack does not come with a bench.
It's up to you to choose the one you want.

All of the benches in the Corength range are compatible with the 900 power rack.
You might want to be able to adjust the incline, or to have leg rests, depending on what exercises you intend to do.

No more than 100 kg on the weight brackets.
150 kg max on the pull-up bar.
200 kg max on the bar holders.

The rack might move around on certain types of floor or if the floor is uneven.

The weight of your 900 Cage power rack (2023 model), combined with your own bodyweight and the weights you're lifting, tends to keep the rack incredibly stable. But if your floor is uneven, the rack may be a little less stable.

To improve its grip, you can place it on a gym floor mat.
This will also make training more comfortable and reduce noise levels.

If this doesn't do the job, you can fix the rack to the ground using the holes in the frame.
