Our teams have designed this bar for regular users. It attaches to the wall and allows you to do pull-ups using several holds.
Vary the spacing and placement of your hands to switch between overhand and underhand pull-ups, wide, tight and hammer holds. For maximum stability, anchor the product to a load-bearing wall.
