MAINTENANCE
Once your swimming session is over, make sure you rinse your goggles in clear (preferably non-calcareous), cold water. Water alone should be enough, but you can also gently rub the rubber bands with your fingers after soaking them in soapy water.
This will remove chlorine or salt (for open water swimming) as well as the chemicals present in swimming pool water, which can damage the quality of your swimming goggles over time.
There's no need to use soap or detergent - this could even remove the anti-fog coating from your goggles.
