Fold down the poles and net when strong winds are forecast or to protect it from adverse weather conditions.
Check your trampoline's ballast.
When you store your trampoline or other equipment in winter, remember to store your ballast bag in a dry and ventilated place.
CARE TIP
Clean with clean water and mild soap.
Do not use abrasive products or a pressure sprayer.
In winter, protect your trampoline from the elements with a cover and ideally store it indoors.

Can the ballast bag be repaired?
In case of a puncture your ballast bag can be repaired with a puncture repair kit (not included).
We do not offer after-sales service for the bag or the inner water bag.
How big and heavy is the ballast bag?
The ballast bag is 50 cm high and has a diameter of 22 cm.
It weighs 385 grams when empty.
It can be weighted with a maximum of 15 litres of water or 24 kg of sand.
Which trampoline can you put the ballast bag on?
Our ballast bag can be installed on our Decathlon outdoor trampoline range.
It can be easily attached to all trampolines with a height of over 55cm
How many bags do you need to weight your trampoline?
We have carried out numerous wind tunnel tests which have enabled us to determine the number of ballast bags that need to be used to stabilise the trampoline according to the wind speed.
Our bag has also passed our laboratory tests for strap compression and tension.
We recommend at least one ballast bag per leg.
Increase the quantities if necessary depending on the nature of the ground, your trampoline, the exposure and also the weather conditions in your area.
Does the bag have a warranty?
Domyos guarantees your product under normal usage conditions for 2 years for parts and labour, from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt.
DOMYOS' obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at DOMYOS' discretion.
This warranty does not apply in the event of:
* Damage caused during transport.
* Incorrect assembly.
* Repairs performed by technicians not certified by DOMYOS.
* Lack of maintenance.
* Improper or abnormal use.
* Use outside the private sphere.
* Damage caused by adverse weather conditions.
This commercial warranty does not affect the legal guarantee applicable in the country of purchase.

Can this ballast bag only be used on trampolines?
This multi-purpose ballast bag is designed to ballast your trampoline, but is also suitable for ballasting a variety of equipment (punching bag, punching ball, volleyball net...)

Is the ballast bag complicated to fit?
The ballast bag has rip-tab fasteners for easy attachment to a structure.
You can fill the bag directly with sand or use the bag and fill it with water.
If the ground is soft, is it better to use ballast bags or an anchoring kit?
In case of soft ground, you have the choice between using an anchoring kit or a ballast bag.
The most important thing is that your trampoline is correctly fixed to the ground.
What should you put in the ballast bag?
You can fill the ballast bag with sand (up to a maximum of 24kg).
Or use the bag provided and fill it with water (15 litres maximum).
It is strictly prohibited to use any other substances or materials to fill it.
You have a question about usage
At what age can you start trampolining?
Children under 3 years of age are not allowed to use the trampoline.
It is advisable to wait until the age of 6 to start trampolining.
Always use under adult supervision.
One person at a time.

Can the trampoline and ballast bags be installed indoors?
Our trampolines and bags have been developed to be installed and used outdoors only.
Can the trampoline and ballast bags be installed on a terrace or hard surface?
It is not recommended to install your trampoline on a terrace or any hard surface(such as tarmac, concrete, tiles, wood etc ...), even with a ballast bag.
Your trampoline will tend to move and will not guarantee your safety.
The ground is dry, how should you attach your trampoline properly?
If your ground is too hard, it is sometimes complicated to use an anchoring kit.
In any case, it is imperative that your trampoline is attached to the ground as securely as possible.
Our team therefore worked on a ballast bag.
It is important to provide the right amount of bags according to your trampoline model, the ground and the weather conditions in your area.
We recommend a minimum of one bag per leg.
Your trampoline moves: should you attach it to the ground?
YES!!!!!
Be sure to install your trampoline on a flat, stable and horizontal surface and secure it to the ground.
An anchoring kit or ballast is essential on your trampoline's legs to prevent it from being blown away by the wind and to keep it stable when in use.
It is important to provide the right amount of bags according to your trampoline model, the ground and the weather conditions in your area.
We recommend a minimum of one bag per leg.
In case of storm and breakage, the warranty does not apply to damaged parts.
Should the trampoline and bags be protected during the winter?
In winter, we advise you to remove the posts and protect your trampoline from the weather with a cover.
Ideally, we advise you to dismantle your trampoline and store it during the winter in a weatherproof place (such as a garden shed or garage).
If you store your trampoline and bags in winter and they have been filled with water, we advise you to empty the bags before winter.
This prevents the water from stagnating or freezing.
In case of storms or strong winds, always check that the trampoline is securely attached to the ground and remove the posts and net to reduce the wind drag.
Can the trampoline fly away in strong winds?
YES, this is a major risk.
It is imperative to ballast or secure your trampoline to the ground to ensure your safety and that of your neighbours!
We also advise you to dismantle the poles and put them on your jump canvas and to cover everything with a protective cover.

Have a question about repairs?
Are all the parts that make up the ballast bag available from after-sales?
We do not offer after-sales service for the bag or the inner water bag.
However, in the event of a puncture, it is possible to repair with a self-adhesive patch kit (not supplied).
The valve can also be replaced.
A part is broken or damaged, what can you do?
Your ballast bag can be repaired in case of a puncture.
It has a 2 year warranty against part defects *.
In case of problems, please bring your proof of purchase with you to the nearest shop or contact our customer service.
- Either for diagnosis(free) and repair (chargeable or under warranty depending on diagnosis).
- For a product exchange (if product is covered by warranty and is not repairable).
- For a credit or reimbursement (if product is covered by warranty and is not repairable).

Our ballast bag is intended for private, not professional or public use.
It is not intended to be installed in a community.

Repair your ballast bag yourself.
LOCATE THE HOLE
Holes and tears up to 7 mm in diameter can be repaired.
Please note: Not suitable for repairing a damaged weld.
CLEAN THE AREA TO BE REPAIRED
It is important to ensure that the area to be repaired is clean.
Clean it with a damp cloth.
Dry.
If necessary you can also use very fine sandpaper (type 240 g or more).
APPLY THE PATCH(ES)
Peel off your patch.
Apply it, making sure the hole is in the middle of the patch.
PRESS THE PATCH
Apply pressure for at least 5 seconds.
CHECK
Check that the patch adheres well by applying pressure to the sides of the patch.
