The weights bench makes noise
1. The screws have loosened
=> Re-tighten all the screws.
2. Needs lubricating
=> Lubricate the joints and weight guide with silicone lubricant spray.
The weights don't pull smoothly
Assembly problem:
=> Check that the pulleys are not too tight.
=> Check that the cables have not come off the pulley groove
=> Check that the cables were properly assembled by reading the user guide.
The cables get twisted
Assembly problem:
=> Check that the pulleys are not too tight.
=> Check that the cables have not come off the pulley groove
=> Check that the cables were properly assembled by reading the user guide.
The console does not turn on
Batteries are in the wrong position:
=> Check that the batteries are in the right +/- position.
Dead batteries:
=> Change the batteries.
The weight guide does not sit on the rubber (the cable seems too short)
Incorrect position of the pulley support plates:
=> Realign the pulley support system. The screws should be on either end.
