- Check that Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone.
- Check that the sensor is not connected to another phone.

A sensor paddle may have remained on.Check that none of the three sensor paddles are caught in the net and that they are working properly.
If your sensor is not working, follow the storage recommendations to conserve battery life.
If you notice a drop in reliability or problems with activating your sensor, then your switch/sensor paddle may be defective.
To rectify a defective switch/sensor paddle, you should first of all connect your sensor to your app. If you are unable to do this first step, please go to the section entitled “Sensor won't pair”.
Once the sensor is paired with your phone, launch the “free training” game in “free” mode.
Activate the first sensor paddle with your hand, taking care not to hit it too hard. If the sensor paddle and sensor detect a direct basket or that another type of basket has been scored, then it shows that they are working. If, after several attempts, this doesn't happen, it means that the detector unit/sensor paddle is defective. When testing, you should leave more than a second between any attempt to activate the sensor paddle in question.
Repeat the same process for each of the three paddles.
Defective and broken paddles and sensors can be replaced by ordering new ones at the Decathlon website.
Open the app, go to “Settings” and make sure that the “Admin” profile has been checked. If the “Guest” is checked, no game stats will be saved on your player page.
First of all, check that you have entered your email address and password correctly.
If the problem persists, please start the login process again. It may be an internet connection problem.

If removing the sensor from the hoop for storage, be sure to do the following:
lay the sensor down flat (in its storage box, for example)
and check that none of the paddles are left on, as this could drain the battery.
