Decathlon Hub is compatible with:
- For Apple devices: iOS 18 and later
- For Android devices: Android 9 and later

1. Restart Bluetooth on your phone
2. Restart your product
3. For iOS users only : Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and "forget" the device
4. If the previous steps did not work, delete the app and download it again

The application is available in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Czech, Polish, Dutch, and Turkish. The application language is the phone's default language.
You probably haven't consented to syncing your wellness data to the app.
To do so, go to the Profile/Wellness Data Sync page.
This setting is automatically proposed by default depending on the phone's language. It can be changed manually in the "Profile" section of the Android app, and in the app settings on the phone for iOS.
Strava uses the default UTC time zone for activities that do not contain GPS data.
You can change this in your Strava application settings by following these steps:
1. From the Strava website, open the drop-down menu by hovering your mouse over your profile picture, then select Settings.
2. For a new location, choose your time zone > Save > Reload page.
3.Enter your current location again > Save > Reload page. Confirm that your time zone is set correctly.
The elevation gain data currently takes longer to process and displays with a delay. Our teams are working to reduce this delay.

Take photos remotely from your phone using the Camera feature. To use it, you must first open the camera on your phone. Clicking the photo icon on the watch will trigger a photo on your phone.
You can send and receive content to and from other sports services or social networks such as Strava, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Fitbit, and Coros.
Activate this feature from the app or the website.
After activating the service, data synchronization occurs automatically in the background; you don't need to do anything else.
First, please check that you haven't made a mistake in your email address or password.
If the problem persists, please try logging in again; it may simply be an internet connection issue.
If this still doesn't work, please request a new password ("forgotten password").
