DECATHLON KEY SERVICE

You can order new keys by following these simple steps:

1. Log in:go to our industrial partner’s secure website:keycardservice.eu.

2. Identification:enter the unique serial number of your key.

3. Reason:You may be asked to provide a photo of your bike lock ID card to ensure your order is processed correctly.This step allows us to confirm that your model is indeed compatible with our supplier’s products.

4. Payment: confirm your order online by credit card or via PayPal.

5. Confirmation:You will instantly receive an email confirming your order and payment.

6. Delivery: your keys are made to measure and dispatched within 15 days at the latest.

You must have the serial number to place an order.It can be found in two places:

1. On the bike lock’s identification card: this is placed back in the packaging at the time of purchase.

2. On the key itself:the number is engraved directly on the metal part of your keys.

This service is currently being rolled out gradually across our entire range of bike locks.

If your parcel doesn’t contain an ID card, don’t worry:your serial number is always engraved on your keys.

The key ordering service is available exclusively to those living in the following zones:

• European Union
• Switzerland
• United Kingdom

The price is on a sliding scale depending on the number of keys ordered.Postage is included for all deliveries:
