Turn on your bike before opening the app, connection to the bike will be automatic.
The RIDE app is compatible with the following operating systems:

If you can't connect your device to the app, please contact us via the form at the bottom of this page.
First of all, please check that you have entered your email address and password correctly.
If the problem persists, please try logging in again, as the error could have been caused by your internet connection dropping out.
If it still isn't working, please request a new password (“forgotten password”).

You can find out all about how we process your data on our website.

You can permanently delete your activity data yourself.
To do so, log in to https://account.decathlon.com/security/account-deletion

IMPORTANT: This action is permanent and will erase your entire activity history and purchasing history. You won't be able to recover them.
Once you've registered, you'll be able to pair your bike.
1. Choose your bike model from the list. If you're not sure what model your bike is, check the top of your bike's screen.
2. Switch on your phone's Bluetooth and accept the authorisation requests in the app.
3. Turn on your bike and activate pairing mode. Depending on your bike's model, you'll need to press and hold either the "down" button or the "minus" button for 6 seconds to activate pairing mode.
If pairing fails, we recommend turning Bluetooth off and on again on your phone and restarting your bike. If the problem persists, contact our technical support team using the form at the bottom of this page
To start an activity, simply press the "Ride" button in your dashboard.
The first time you use the app to record an activity, it'll ask you to allow it to access your location.
If the app detects that your speed has been less than 5 km/h for more than 5 seconds, it'll automatically pause your ride.
If your speed goes back above 5 km/h for more than 5 seconds, your ride will restart by itself.
You can try reconnecting or you can end your ride.
If the connection keeps dropping out, please contact our technical support team.
You can see details of each of your activities and use them to track your performances (GPS map, time, distance, calories, speed, etc.).
You'll also find information about which assistance modes you used during your ride.
If you can't find your activities, check your internet connection (WiFi, mobile). If the problem persists, please contact our technical support team using the form at the bottom of this page.
After a month, a new 'statistics' panel will appear in your dashboard.
How to share your rides with other apps
You can export and import content to and from other sports-based social media services such as Strava, Garmin, Polar, Fitbit, Coros, etc.
You can activate this feature either in the app or at http://hub.decathlon.com
Once you've activated the service, your data will be shared automatically, so you don't need to do anything else.
Our other Decathlon apps use a cloud architecture that automatically shares your data between apps. So you can find a session that you created via Ride on Decathlon Coach.
