Troubleshooting my bike

Many of the problems that you might encounter can be solved in these tabs.

The console does not turn on.

Your bike runs on batteries, so check the correct placement of the battery terminals (+/-).

If the problem persists, start again with new batteries.

The console stays at zero

Check that it is correctly plugged in:

- behind the console,

- where the stem meets the structure.

The bike makes a noise

I hear squeaking when using my bike

Check that the visible screws are tight enough. If the screws are not tight enough, parts could move and make noise. You also may want to check the stability of your bike.

I hear a clicking noise each time the pedal turns

It is possible that the screws on the pedal and crank are not properly threaded or placed.

To solve the problem, loosen the pedals by two turns, then re-tighten them very hard.
