→ We suggest storing your exercise bike in a dry place.
MAINTENANCE TIPS
→ Regularly check that the frame is tightened and that the various components of your equipment are securely fastened.
→ If you hear noise, try tightening the pedals and screws and check that the product is stable.
→ After each session, wipe off any traces of perspiration, which is corrosive and can damage your equipment over time. Use a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap. Abrasive or toxic products are not recommended.

We stock spares of all the parts and guarantee that they'll be available for 10 years from the date on which the last new product is sold in one of our stores or online.
The warranty covers parts and labour for two years and the frame for five years.

This exercise bike was tested and approved for all users between 1.50 and 1.90 m weighing up to 130 kg.
It takes just 45 minutes or so to set up this bike. It comes pre-assembled with all the tools you need along with a detailed and easy-to-understand user guide to complete the assembly. To move the exercise bike when you're done with your workout, we added wheels at the front.

To enjoy working out on an exercise bike, it's important to be comfortable when seated. For your comfort, we added a soft and wide gel saddle. The height of the saddle and handlebar can also be adjusted for a more comfortable position. The bike is compatible with all B'Twin saddles and the straight, low frame makes getting on and off easier. The bike has an ergonomic design so you can maintain a straight posture to protect your back.

1. Remove the console from its holder. If you see an LED light at the back of the console but no display, you'll need to replace the console. If you don't see the LED light, proceed to step 2.
2. Check that all cables are plugged in.
3. Check that the converter is in good condition and try a different outlet.
If it still doesn't work, submit a service request.
If your product is under warranty, submit a service request.
If your product is no longer under warranty, you'll need to replace the console.

If the problem continues, submit a service request.
If you hear a clicking sound when pedalling
- Check that the pedals are properly tightened.
If the noise persists, submit a service request.
If you hear a continuous noise while pedalling, submit a service request.
If you hear a grating noise when pedalling (metal on metal), we suggest tightening all the screws on the bike frame.
If the noise persists, submit a service request.
Make sure your hands are properly positioned on the hand pulse grips.
It takes a few seconds to get a reading. We recommend dampening your hands slightly to improve the reading.
The baseline pulse rate always starts at "80" before displaying the actual reading.
We recommend checking that the hand pulse grips are properly plugged in. If they still don't work, submit a service request.
If your problem isn't solved or you've discovered something out of the ordinary during your checks, please submit a service request and list the checks you've already done. Our team of technicians will get back to you as soon as possible. Feel free to include details of your request and attach photos or a video of your problem (under 20 MB). This will make it easier to diagnose the problem.
