Which doors can you install this pull-up bar on?

Your door frame pull-up bar should be mounted on the door frame itself, and not the door.

This bar fits doorways that are 51 to 91 cm wide
and 7 to 20 cm deep.
The door frame must sit at least 1 cm proud of the wall.
The bar rests on the top and sides of the door frame.
Do not install on a clip-over door frame.

Which tools do you need to assemble this pull-up bar?

All of the tools you need to assemble your pull-up bar are provided.
You don't need any other tools to assemble your bar as it comes with a quick-release clamp to make it super-easy to use.

It takes around 15 minutes to assemble and install the bar.

How do you adjust this bar once it's on the door frame?

The bar can be adjusted to the width of your door frame.

Measure the distance between the two uprights of your door frame.

If your door is 51 to 59 cm wide: adjust it to position 2.
If your door is 59 to 67 cm wide: adjust it to position 3.
If your door is 67 to 75 cm wide: adjust it to position 4.
If your door is 75 to 83 cm wide: adjust it to position 5.
If your door is 83 to 91 cm wide: adjust it to position 6.

The doorway should be between 7 and 20 cm deep.
The door frame must sit at least 1 cm proud of the wall.

Remember to fully tighten every part.

Can you still use the bar on a damaged door frame?

It's vital that your door frame is in good condition and is the size indicated.

It must be able to take the weight of you + the bar + the force you're going to put through it.

REPAIR YOUR BAR YOURSELF

Changing the ends

Our ends and stoppers clip onto the bar.
You'll need a flat-head screwdriver to remove the ends.
Gently push the screwdriver between the end and the frame.
Pull out the end - there's nothing holding it in.
Insert your new end, using a mallet if needed.
Your old end can be recycled
REPAIR YOUR BAR YOURSELF

Changing the clamp

Open the clamp's lever.
Use the tool to undo the nut.
Remove the clamp.
Install the new clamp.
