Your equipment is properly assemblied but you're having some difficulties during its use? Discover all of our solutions here.
My console does not show the correct units of measurement for distance
Console configuration problem:
1. Check at the back of the console and put the buton on "VE" (picture).
2. Press OK to start the elliptical bike.
3. Press and hold "OK" for a few seconds to display the unit of measurement.
4. Choose the correct unit "km" for kilometer/hour or "mi" for miles/hour.
5. Confirm your choice by pressing OK.
I have a code e2 or e3 on my display

I can't fit the pedals
CAUTION, the axis of the left pedal arm is screwed in a counter-clockwise direction.
There's a clicking noise with each turn of the pedals
Unscrew the pedals by one turn, then screw them back on very tightly.
My console remains on zero
Check that the cables are correctly connected behind the console and where the bracket joins the main frame of bicycle.
I have a problem with the heart rate
1-Check the connection of the connector coming out of the handlebars
2-Moisten your hands slightly and place both hands on the sensors
My elliptical bike makes noise
1. Tighten all visible screws
2. Check the stabiliser runners
My elliptical bike is not stable.
Check on the rear foot to ensure that the stabilizers are properly adjusted.
My console does not turn on
1. Check that the elliptical bike is connected to the mains.
2. Check the LED at the back of the console = BLUE LED ON = console out
3. LED OFF = check the console connection.
4. Connection ok but the LED stay off = transformer is out
