Helpful tips
If you have trouble opening and closing the trolley, there's no need to take it back to the shop! A quick shot of all in one or WD-40 and you're all set.
How to repair your trolley
With the parts available from our after-sales service, we now cover 80% of breakages and breakdowns on the 900 trolley.
All the parts can be changed by you (Do It Yourself) using the videos below.
Take advantage of being in your golf clubhouse to clean your trolley. Most clubs offer access to a wash stand with compressed air and water jets. You can use one of the two to clean up the grass and soil that your trolley accumulates on the course. As well as preserving your trolley, this will prevent your car from getting dirty.
When you get home, you can rinse the more delicate parts with clean water to remove all the dirt.
To ensure that your trolley folds smoothly, always check that there are no objects in the way of the mechanisms. Twigs, grass or dirt can block the rotation of the tubes. If this happens regularly, your trolley will become damaged.
Don't hesitate to degrease your trolley with all in one or WD-40.
This will help to restore the correct folding action.
To keep your trolley running smoothly, it's important to maintain your wheels. If you find that the dirt is interfering with the wheel spokes, you can flush them out with clean water. You can also grease the ball bearing on the wheel once a year to prevent it from rusting.
If you find that your front wheel is drifting off course, simply adjust the screw as shown in the instructions.
