Looking after your product
Assembly & Ballasting
You can fill the base with sand (25 kg) or water (18 Litres).
If you fill the base with water, we recommend that you do not fill the base to 100% and, above all, do not jump on top of it.
Restrictions
Do not let children train on their own.
Advice
Punch with boxing gloves.
Without protection, you risk injury (burns, hand damage).
Storage
Do not store outdoors, as humidity could affect product safety.
It is recommended to clean the punching ball after each workout by wiping it with a damp cloth.
This helps to extend the life span of the product, since sweat released during exercise can be acidic and may damage it over time.

The punching ball comes with a pair of children's gloves, size: 4 OZ (5-10 years).
How much space is needed for the punching ball?
To ensure safety and comfort, we recommend a minimum clearance of 2 m around the punching ball.

Is the punching ball guaranteed?
YES.
Decathlon Outshock guarantees this product, in normal conditions of use, for 2 years, parts and labour, from the date of the receipt.
OUTSHOCK's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing the product or replacing it, at Outshock / Decathlon's discretion.
This warranty does not apply in the event of:
* Damage caused during transport.
* Incorrect assembly.
* Repairs carried out by personnel who have not been approved by OUTSHOCK/Decathlon.
* Lack of maintenance.
* Improper or abnormal use.
* Use outside the private sphere.
This commercial warranty does not affect the legal guarantee applicable in the country of purchase.

What should you fill the kids' punching ball with?
You can fill the base with
* Sand (25 Kg)
or
* Water (18 Litres).
If you fill the base with water, we recommend that you do not fill the base to 100% and, above all, do not jump on top of it.
Questions about using your mini stepper
Does the punching ball adjust in height?
YES.
The height (100-130 cm) can be easily adjusted using a knob on the central metal shaft.

A part is broken or damaged. What should I do?
The punching ball can be partly repaired.
It has a 2-year warranty against labour and defects*.
You can contact your local store.
- Either to have the issue diagnosed and repaired (free if covered by the warranty, or paid-for if not).
- Or for a product exchange (if covered by warranty and the product can't be repaired).
- Or for a credit note or a refund (if covered by warranty and the product can't be repaired).
