How to adjust the trekking travel bag
It is very important to adjust the bag when it is on your back to ensure that it fits properly, ensures the best possible walking comfort and does not damage your back.
Use the straps to adjust the bag so that it remains close to your back and doesn't swing about irritatingly as you walk.
How to pack the trekking travel bag
In order to pack the trekking travel bag properly, you must take care to follow the recommendations below:
- Do not store fragile objects at the bottom of the bag as they could get damaged when you put the bag on the ground.
- Do not load hard objects in the part of the bag that touches your back, as this will make the pack uncomfortable to carry.
At each end of the Duffel 500 Extend travel bags, there are 2 interior mesh pockets (3 on the Duffel Bag 900 Extend WP). They are useful for transporting and organising small objects. The Duffel 500 Extend also has an outside pocket.

The bag's capacity can be extended using the zips on the side of the bag.
The 40L travel bags can be expanded up to 60L and the 80L travel bags can be extended up to 120L.

Is my travel bag waterproof and durable?
Most of our Duffel Extend 500 bags are water repellent but not waterproof. You can still protect your bags with a rain cover.
Only our red Duffel Bag Extend 900 WP 80/120L is waterproof (IPX4 waterproof level).
Our bags are particularly durable thanks to the special fabrics and reinforced seams in particular.

REPAIRING A HOLE OR A TEAR ON THE TREKKING TRAVEL BAG
If there is a small hole on the front or bottom of your bag, you can easily repair it by adding a patch or a piece of adhesive tape (rounded shape that is one or two cm longer than the hole). We advise you to apply it on the inside as well as the outside.
If the hole is bigger, go to a cobbler and take advantage of his expertise to give your backpack a second life.
