How long is the warranty for your pack?

Your mountaineering backpack is guaranteed for 10 years. This applies in the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect in the product.
Damage due to use contrary to instructions, abuse, accidents, negligence and normal wear and tear caused by prolonged use beyond the warranty period is not covered, but can be repaired for a reasonable charge.

How to you store your backpack

When storing your bag, make sure it is in a dry place, away from direct light (the sun's rays can accelerate absorption of radiation by the bag).

What precautions should be taken with electronic equipment?

Double protection of electronic devices (phone, camera, etc.) by placing them in waterproof bags is recommended. Close your bag carefully (main opening and side zip) for good water and snow protection. Regularly check the waterproofness of the bag, especially along the zips and bottom.
Please note: The outer front pocket is not waterproof!

How can you repair your bag yourself?

Does your bag have a tear or a broken buckle?
We can offer you quick, low-cost solutions to repair it from the comfort of your own home.

Apply a repair patch

Repairing a tear yourself

If your bag has a slight tear and you don't have any sewing skills or a sewing machine, you can opt for the repair patch. This patch is stuck to the damaged fabric area.
Here are the steps to follow:

  • Before gluing, clean the part of the bag to which you are going to glue it. Dry this area well after cleaning.
  • If you need to cut the patch, it's best to use rounded corners for a better fit.

Changing a bag buckle
