=> Please note that the safety net's poles have screw holes in different places. Check that you've put them in the right way around.

2. Don't hesitate to force the screws:
=>The screws are self-drilling screws that must slightly drill into the metal for a better hold. It's normal for you to feel a lot of resistance to begin with.

If you've lost the screws or a tool, you can find them here:

YOU CANNOT CLOSE THE NET

1. Keep the net zipped up while you assemble the trampoline.

2. Position your net on the jumping surface so that the zip is centred between two poles and in line with the mark on the frame.

3. Take the cord on the opposite side by its rigid red tip and tie a knot at the triangle underneath the zip fastening (centred between two poles).

4. Thread the cord into the hole in the net, then through the metal triangle on the spring.

If you have damaged your net or if it has a defect, you can submit a support request.

PROBLEMS
You can't get the springs on

It's essential that you put the springs onto the frame the right way around. If you don't, you'll struggle to install them.

The hooks for the springs are different. Make sure you put them on the right way around!

You can see the full assembly process in the instructions and in our video.

Always use the tool provided.
If you've lost it, you can reorder it with our screws kit.

If your springs have stretched, you can submit a support request.

PROBLEMS
The trampoline is making a noise

Check that your trampoline is properly assembled and that the screws are tight.
The trampoline might sound louder in a small, enclosed garden.

Tip:
When assembling your trampoline, use the tube of teflon grease to lubricate the metal joints so that they won't rub:

PROBLEMS
The protective foam over the spring is damaged

Our team of engineers has developed a PROTECTIVE CUSHION (phthalate-free PVC) to go over the springs and metal frame (30 mm thick on the frame and 20 mm thick on the springs).

This edge protector comes in several parts so that you only need to change the damaged part.

Warning: do not run on the foam.

Please submit a support request if require a new protective foam.
