First use
How should i carry the ondaily?
Your ONdaily is equipped with a 3D accelerometer and a specially developed algorithm to help ensure accurate measurements so you don't have to worry about the positioning of your device. This means you can put your device in your pocket, your rucksack, your hand bag or even wear it around your neck.
Software and applications
I can't seem to transfer my data.
Your ONdaily definitely needs an update. In order to do this you need to:
1. Download the latest version of the ONconnect software by clicking on the link below.
2. Connect your ONdaily to your computer, launch the ONconnect software then unplug your product. The LED lights will come on to show that the update is complete.
What do i do if onconnect doesn't recognise my product?
1. Make sure the cable is properly connected to your watch and computer.
2. Make sure you use a micro-USB cable capable of data transfer. Some micro-USB cables can only be used for charging. These can be identified by a lightning bolt icon on the cable.
3. Make sure you have the latest version of ONconnect

Battery
How long does it take for my ondaily battery to charge?
It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge your ONdaily.
NB: Note: you need to recharge your device at least once every two months, if your device is left unused for a long period of time.
I'm not going to use my ondaily for a few months
