We help you get the most out of your equipment!
We recommend having at least two people to assemble your equipment safely.
Take the time to read the instructions or watch the video.
The rack takes 1 hour 15 minutes to assemble.
Reckon you can beat us?
First you need to assemble the metal structure and then the entire cable-pulling section.
Pay attention to the following points:
→ Do not fully tighten the structure until it is fully assembled, as this could cause problems with alignment and assembly.
→ Install the structure reinforcements correctly.
→ Pay close attention to the cable assembly stages.
Make sure you position the cable correctly and pass the lower cable through properly.
Incorrect routing can lead to premature wear of cables, pulleys and covers.
IMPORTANT: In the event of incorrect assembly, the guarantee may not apply.
If there is any noise, check the assembly and tightness of the framework.
Check the pulleys; they must run smoothly and not jam.
→ If they do, the cables will no longer slide but will rub against the pulleys.
→ This causes wear to the sheath, which will split open.
Check that your cables run smoothly; they should not rub anywhere.
You may also experience a slight rubbing noise from the disc holder on the guide, which can be reduced by very lightly lubricating the guide.
Note that in a small room, noises can be amplified, and it's difficult to fix!
You don't have to anchor the Power Rack 900 to the floor.
It's designed to be stable without being anchored to the floor.
Just make sure that you assemble it correctly and don't overload it.
However, you can do so using the holes in the frame.
Please check the box carefully.

If you notice any frictional noise or resistance to pulling, please check the following:
Step 6:
Check that the cable passes correctly through the covers, that it does not rub against them and that it passes properly between the pulleys.
If you notice any frictional noise or resistance to pulling, please check the following:
Steps 8 & 10
They are crucial to the rack assembly process.
It's important to check that your cable runs in the right place, especially at the base of the structure.
By assembling the bolts, you run the risk of positioning it incorrectly.
The cable then rubs against the bolts or covers.
The friction will damage the cable sheath, causing it to open and fray.
In the event of incorrect assembly, parts replacement is not covered by the warranty.
If you notice any frictional noise or resistance to pulling, please check the following:
Step 10:
Check that the cables pass correctly through the AA pulley.
They must be correctly positioned in the guide.
Also check that the cables pass correctly through the top and bottom pulley guides.
In the event of a cable tension problem, please repeat the 3 pull checks above.
Most problems are due to incorrect assembly.
Take the time during assembly to unwind the cable flat so that it does not twist.
When the cable is manufactured, there is a tolerance which means that the cable may be slightly longer or shorter.
This is normal.
There is a clip on the rack with 3 different positions to allow you to adjust it if necessary.
A grating noise can be caused by several things.
Be sure to check all the different points below:
SCREWS
* Check that all screws on your Power Rack are properly tightened.
PULLEYS
* Check that the pulleys have been properly assembled (spacers are in the right place) and that they have been properly tightened.
They must be able to turn smoothly, without resistance.
CABLING
* Check the routing of your cables.
You may have slipped the cable through the wrong place during the cable assembly step.
They can sometimes rub against plastic covers.
DISC HOLDER
*If you hear a grating noise from the guided load disc holder, you can/should lubricate the guide on your appliance.
Refer to our assembly video or the user guide to check that your equipment has been properly assembled.
The weights are hard to pull.
Weights may be hard to pull for one of several reasons.
Be sure to check all the different points below:
PULLEYS
→ Check that the pulleys have been properly assembled (spacers are in the right place) and that they have been properly tightened.
They should turn smoothly.
→ Check that the pulleys are not too tight.
CABLING
→ Check the routing of your cables.
You may have slipped the cable through the wrong place during the cable assembly step.
They can sometimes rub against plastic covers.
→ Refer to the user guide to check that the cables have been run through the right place.
→ Check that the cables have not come off the pulley groove.
PLEASE NOTE:
Using the power rack with a cable that does not move smoothly can cause the cables to wear out prematurely.
This can cause holes in the coating or cables to become frayed or broken.
This is not covered by the warranty.
Refer to our assembly video or the user guide to check that your equipment has been properly assembled.
Be sure to check all the different points below:
CABLING
During the cable assembly step:
→ The cable should be placed flat so that it is as straight as possible.
It was rolled up to be packed and needs to be unrolled to lie flat.
You may have slipped the cable through the wrong place.
They can sometimes rub against plastic covers.
→ Refer to the user guide to check that the cables have been run through the right place.
→ Check that the cables have not come off the pulley groove.
→ Take the cable assembly apart if necessary to check everything and put it back in place.
→ If the problem occurs after the product has been in use for some time, it may be because the cable is slightly slack.
Dismantle the assembly again to ensure that the cables lie flat. Check the condition of the cable and replace it if necessary.
Reassemble the cable, making sure it is taut (use one of the 3 positions at the bottom of the guided load support to do this)
CAUTION:
Using the power rack with a cable that does not move smoothly can cause the cables to wear out prematurely.
This can cause holes in the coating or cables to become frayed or broken.
Refer to our assembly video or the user guide to check that your equipment has been properly assembled.
YES.
We recommend changing the cables at least once a year.
They are available below or on our website.
It is also recommended that you check the pulleys.
They should turn without resistance and without play.
Replace them if necessary.
Cables and pulleys are considered to be wearing parts and are not covered by the warranty.
