Loosen the adjustment screw on one of the handles.
When standing with the rope under your feet, the handles of your rope should ideally come up to your armpits.
Use a tool (Allen key) to finish tightening the 2 screws when you've adjusted the length of your rope to your height.
Remove the protective cap from your rope, cut off the excess rope, and replace the cap.

If the floor isn't too hard on your rope, we recommend removing the clear protective sleeve in order to lighten your rope and make it easier to spin.

If you want to use your rope outdoors, you need to use the clear protective sleeve provided to protect your cable.
Just place it in the middle of the cable, where it is in contact with the ground. (see explanatory video on the product page).
This will significantly reduce wear on your rope.
Note that using the sleeve will slightly increase the weight of your rope.
This pro speed rope comes with a very thin 2 mm steel cable.
This makes it lighter so that it can spin faster.
This cable will wear out faster if used on a rough or abrasive surface.
It's therefore important to use it on a smooth surface so that it won't get damaged too quickly and so that it retains its properties over time.
It's normal for the rope to wear out over time and for it to need changing.

Tools required: Allen key --- Cutting pliers
Remove the protective end caps.
Loosen the adjustment screws.
Remove the screws and handles.
Install your new cable, remembering to also install the clear sleeve (if needed).
Adjust your rope to the right length.

Tighten the adjustment screws.
Cut off the excess to a few centimetres above the screws.
Put the protective caps back on.
And you can jump right in!

Storage advice
When putting it away, roll up the cable on your rope without twisting it.

Domyos offers a 2-year warranty on your product under normal usage conditions for parts and labour from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt. Domyos' obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing the product, at Domyos' discretion.
This warranty does not apply in the case of:
