We recommend cleaning the punching ball and reflex bar after each workout by wiping them with a damp cloth.
This helps to extend the life span of the product, since sweat released during exercise can be acidic and may damage it over time.

How big is the punching ball and how much does it weigh?
RB punching ball measurements:

When weighted, it is 40 kg.
How big is the box for this punching bag? Can it fit in a car, or can it be delivered?

How much space is needed for the punching ball?
For your safety and comfort, we recommend a minimum space of 2 m around the entire punching ball.
The floor surface should be smooth, stable, and horizontal.

Are the punching ball + reflex bar guaranteed?
YES.
Decathlon Outshock offers a 2-year warranty on your product's parts and labour under normal conditions of use from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt.
OUTSHOCK's obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at Outshock/Decathlon's discretion.
This warranty does not apply in the event of:
* Damage caused during transport.
* Incorrect assembly.
* Repairs carried out by personnel who have not been approved by OUTSHOCK/Decathlon.
* Lack of maintenance.
* Improper or abnormal use.
* Use outside the private sphere.
This commercial warranty does not affect the legal guarantee applicable in the country of purchase.

Questions about assembling your product
Are the punching ball + reflex bar tricky to assemble?
There are several steps to assembling the punching ball + reflex bar.
It takes about 25 minutes to assemble and fill the weighted bags.
What are the key stages of assembly?
The punching ball is not hard to assemble, but certain steps require particular attention.
We highlight them in the user guide with alerts (!) as well as in our assembly video above.
Steps 7 to 11 & 25 to 27:
Pay particular care to the POSITIONING OF THE PUSH PINS as well as the TIGHTNESS OF THE KNOBS.
Step 14:
NEVER HOLD THE WEIGHTED BAGS by the CAP'S LOOP.
It was not made for this use and will not support the 8 kg weight.
Step 15:
Be sure to ADJUST the FEET to keep the punching ball stable.
Steps 17 & 21:switching to reflex bar mode
When using it as a reflex bar, make sure the SPRING LOCKING RING is properly LOCKED (all the way to the bottom)
What do you fill the weighted bags with?
The 4 weighted bags are used to keep your punching ball stable.
That's why it's important to fill them all and position them correctly.
The bags have an 8L volume and are made to hold WATER ONLY.
No other liquids or solids, like sand.
Do not drink water that has been in the weighted bags.
How should you carry the weighted bags?
Your weighted bags should be carried from the bottom and set down gently.
PLEASE NOTE:
Do not carry bags by the cap's loop and do not throw them to the ground.
If so, you risk breaking or puncturing the bags.

Please check the box carefully.

What is the max user weight and size for the punching ball + reflex bar?
Our punching ball is suited to most sizes.
The punching ball adjusts in height and is designed for users measuring between 1.6 m and 1.9 m.
No max user weight.

YES.
It adjusts from 1.40 m to 1.70 m.

Is the punching ball easy to move?
YES.
Our punching ball does not have wheels.
With the weighted bags, it is about 40 kg.
Our team divided the total weight between different parts.
You can remove them one by one to easily move the punching ball.
What exercises can you do with the punching ball?
It helps train all movements essential to boxing, working your entire body as well as your reflexes.
Longer than a classic pear-shaped ball, this punching ball was made from ergonomic foam to protect your hands.

The 8 mm-wide, 12 cm-long spring is quite responsive, ensuring a quick rebound.

Your punching ball moves when in use, what can be done to fix this?
The punching ball might move around on certain types of flooring or if the floor is uneven.
We designed our punching ball with adjustable feet to compensate for uneven floors.
There is 32 kg of added weight for maximum stability.
To improve grip, you can install mats on the floor.
This will also make training more comfortable and reduce noise levels.

They come with a 2-year warranty against defects on the metal frame and parts*.

How do you remove an adjustment knob?
If you need to replace a black or red adjustment knob.
Remove the male part from the metal frame.
Tap gently with a mallet to remove it
If broken, you will need to install a new knob assembly.

REPLACING THE BAG
1- Untighten the red ring.
2- Press the push pin.
3- Remove the old bag.
4- Install the new bag while pressing down on the push pin.
5- Make sure the push pin is engaged.
6- Tighten the red ring.

REPLACING THE REFLEX BAR
1- Untighten the bar by hand with a counter-clockwise motion.
You may need a 16 mm wrench.
2- Remove the bar.
3- Install the new bar, taking care to engage the screw thread.
4- Tighten it well, using a 16-mm wrench if required.

REPLACING THE SUPPORT BAR
1- Untighten the red ring.
2- Press the push pin.
3- Remove the support ensemble and reflex bar.
4- Untighten the reflex bar by hand.
You may need a 16 mm wrench.
5- Mount the reflex bar on the new support.
6- Tighten it well,
using a 16 mm wrench if necessary.
7- Install the ensemble while pressing on the push pin.
8. Make sure the push pin is well in place.
9- Tighten the red ring.

REPLACING THE SPRING BAR
1- Remove the middle adjustment bar:
1-1 Untighten the black ring.
1-2- Press on the push pin.
1-3- Remove the bar and punching ball.
2- Remove the spring bar.
2-1: Use a 5 mm Allen key and a 10 mm spanner .
PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to remove the 8 screws
2-2: Loosen the 4 screws that are not in grooves.
(See picture above).
3- Install the new spring bar.
3-1: Tighten the 4 internal hex screws.
3-2: Install the new bar and punching ball while pressing on the push pin.
3-3: Make sure the push pin is well in place.
3-4: Tighten the black ring.

REPLACING THE RED RING
1- Untighten the red ring.
2- Press the push pin.
3- Remove the ball.
4- Press on the push pin and remove the female ring from the shaft.
If you need to remove the male ring from the metal frame:
5- Using a mallet, lightly tap to remove it.
6- Slide the new male ring onto the ball.
7- Press on the push pin and slide the new female ring onto the shaft.
8- Press on the push pin and put the new ball on.
9- Make sure the push pin is engaged.
10- Tighten the red ring.

If the plastic part breaks, it must be replaced:
REPLACING THE BLACK RING
1- Loosen the black ring.
2- Press the push pin.
3- Remove the bar and bag together.
4- Press on the push pin and remove the female ring from the shaft.
If you need to remove the male ring from the metal frame:
5- Using a mallet, lightly tap to remove it.
6- Put the new male ring on the spring bar.
7- Press on the push pin and slide the new female ring onto the bar that holds the ball.
8- Install the bar and ball while pressing on the push pin.
9- Make sure the push pin is engaged.
10- Tighten the black ring.

If the plastic part breaks, it must be replaced:
REPLACING THE SPRING LOCK
1- Loosen the black female ring.
2- Press the push pin.
3- Remove the bar and bag together.
4- Use a mallet to lightly tap on the male ring and remove it from the metal frame.
5- Loosen the black ring from the spring lock.
6- Loosen the spring lock if it is in the locked position
7- Remove the black ring and spring lock from the shaft.
8- Place the new lock and female ring on the shaft.
9- Slide the black male ring onto the shaft.
10- Press the push pin.
11- Install the bar and ball assembly.
12- Make sure the push pin is engaged.
13- Tighten the black female ring.
14- Depending on your set-up, tighten or loosen the spring lock and black female ring.

REPLACING THE MIDDLE BAR
1- Untighten the red ring.
2- Press the push pin.
3- Remove the ball.
4- Loosen the black ring.
5- Press the push pin.
6- Remove the middle bar.
7- Press on one of the middle bar's push pins.
8- Remove the black and red female rings.
9- Press on the new bar's push pin.
10- Replace the red and black rings.
11- Press down on the bar's push pin and place it in the spring bar.
13- Press on the push pin and put the ball on.
14- Make sure the 2 push pins are engaged.
15- Tighten the red female ring.
16- Tighten the black female ring.

REPLACING THE BASE/TOP FRAME
1- Remove the weights, one by one.
2- Use a 5 mm Allen key and a 10 mm spanner .
PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to remove the 8 screws
3- Loosen the 4 screws that are not in grooves.

4- Remove all 4 feet, one by one.
5- Install the new top or bottom frame piece.
6- Re-attach the feet, one by one.
7- Install the spring bar.
8- Tighten the 4 screws.
9- Install the 4 weights.

REPLACING A FOOT
1- Remove the weights, one by one.
2- Use a 5 mm Allen key and a 10 mm spanner .
If necessary, gently lower the punching ball onto its side to access the feet more easily.
3- Remove the 2 screws that hold the foot frame to the frame.
4- Unscrew the adjustable foot.
5- Unscrew the bag support.
6- Screw the adjustable foot onto the new foot.
7- Screw the bag support onto the new foot.
8- Position the assembled part back on the main structure.
9- Tighten the 2 screws.
10- Adjust the feet to stabilize the punching ball.
11- Install the 4 weights, one by one.

REPLACING AN ADJUSTABLE FOOT
1- Remove the weights, one by one.
2- Gently lower the punching ball onto its side to more easily access the adjustable feet.
3- Unscrew the adjustable foot from the structure.
4- Screw on the new foot.
5- Return the punching ball to standing.
6- Adjust the feet to stabilize the punching ball.
7- Install the 4 weights, one by one.

REPLACING A BAG SUPPORT
1- Remove the bag support.
2- Use a 5 mm Allen key and a 10 mm spanner .
3- Untighten the assembly.
4- Remove the old support and install the new one.
5- Sufficiently tighten the assembly.
6- Install your weighted bag.

REPLACING A COVER
1- Remove the bag from its base.
2- Open the cap.3- Empty the water into a receptacle.
4- Remove the cap.
5- Remove the water bag from its cover.
6- Place the water bag in a new cover.
7- Install the new cap.
8- Refill the water bag completely.
9- Close the cap.
10- Install the weight onto its support, with the cap facing the structure.

REPLACING THE CAP
1- Remove the bag from its base.
2- Place the bag on the ground, cap side up.
3- Open the cap(if necessary, empty the water into a receptacle).
4- Remove the cap.
5- Install the new cap.
6- Top it off with water if necessary.
7- Close the cap.
8- Install the weight onto its support, with the cap facing the structure.
