No, electric scooter use is restricted to cycle paths. If there are no cycle paths, they can be used on roads with a maximum speed limit of 50 km/h. They can also be used on pavements as long as they do not exceed 6 km/h and do not interfere with pedestrians.
The MD500 scooter features a mechanical disc brake that operates on the rear wheel.The brake pads must be checked for wear on a regular basis.
No, the rear mudguard is not used for braking. Placing your foot on it or using it as a brake can damage it.

Yes, but for short journeys. We recommend that you dry it thoroughly as soon as you reach your destination.
No, the MD500 scooter is fitted with tubeless tyres. This has the benefit of preventing small punctures because the tyre is more rigid and has an integrated gel system for self-repairing small punctures. In the event of more significant damage, tyre plugs can be inserted.
We recommend checking the condition of your scooter before and after every ride. Make sure there's no unusual play, no cracks and no sharp edges.
The wheels and bearings are wearing parts, so you should check them too and change them if needed.
Our workshops have all the spare parts you need and can carry out all maintenance jobs and repairs for you.
Store your SD500 scooter in a dry place at a moderate temperature (15 / 20 °C).
