First use
Attaching the straps
Make sure that the straps are attached in the right direction: the soft side should be the side touching the frame.
Tighten
Remember to tighten it as tight as you can so that its contents don't shift around as you ride.
Storage
Store your frame bag in a dry place. Avoid placing other objects on top of it.
When should you wash your bag?
You should wash your bag every ride.
How to wash your bag
- Remove your bag from the bike.
- Use warm soapy water and a soft tea towel.
- Gently scrub the entire surface of your bag. All encrusted traces must be removed.
- Dry your bag with a clean cloth (avoid micro-fibre fabrics) and leave it in a dry place. Whatever you do, do not let it dry in the sun.
Repairs
You've made a hole in it
If you have a hole in your bag, use our patches! They will allow you to restore your bag and make it waterproof once again.

Your bag comes with a 2 year warranty.
