Step 1 / Remove the top cap from your rod.
Step 2 / Tilt your rod slightly downwards to get the sections out.
Step 3 / Lock all the sections together by pulling slightly.
(Make sure that your sections do not turn when you turn the rod).

Step 1 / Unlock the sections by turning the 2 sections in opposite directions.
Step 2 / Carefully slide the sections from thinnest to widest.
Step 3 / Fold up all the sections and close your rod with the cap.

Step 1 / Identify the broken section and order a new one online or in-store.

Step 2 / Make sure you've received the right part.
( If the part is not suitable, contact your nearest Decathlon shop. )
Step 3 / Unscrew the rear cap from your rod.
Step 4 / Place the spare part in place of the broken section.
