RESTRICTIONS
Not for use by children under the age of 3.
Use under adult supervision.
Max user weight: 100 kg.
→ We recommend you leave a space of two metres around your trampoline.
→ Do not wear shoes during use.
It is strongly recommended that jumpers wear socks with silicone pads to prevent slipping.
Do not jump in groups on the trampoline to prevent collisions and injuries.
For outdoor use only. Do not use indoors.
→ Do not install on a hard surface (tile, wood, slab, concrete, etc.).
For home use only.
This product is not intended for professional use.
→ An anchor kit or ballast bags must be attached to the legs of your trampoline to keep it stable when in use.

STORAGE TIPS
The net posts fold down in a few seconds, tool-free, so that you can install our protective tarp (sold separately) and reduce wind drag by nearly 50%. (wind tunnel test).
Take care to correctly place the posts and not create a hollow when placing the tarp, otherwise it will hold water.
→ Remember to regularly check it and empty stagnant water.
→ To extend its life span, remember to store your product for winter by disassembling it and assembling it away from poor weather.

CARE TIPS
→ Regularly check that the different parts of your trampoline are properly attached.
Check the wear and condition of the springs (no rust, for example).
Over time, they may stretch out or even break.
Springs are wear parts.
Check that the springs are properly covered by foam padding.
Check that the net, the bounce mat, and the protective padding are all in good condition. Sunlight, rain, snow and extreme temperatures can reduce the durability of these parts.
→ If it is noisy, use the tube of Teflon grease to lubricate the metal joints to prevent friction.
→ Regularly clean off any dirt and remove leaves.
Use a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and mild soap.
Do not use abrasive or toxic products to clean your trampoline or a pressure hose as this may damage it.
→ If you're planning to put any parts of your trampoline into storage for the winter, remember to do so before the heavier rains arrive. Dry all parts before storing to prevent any risks of rust or mould.

Bad weather advice

Secure and protect your trampoline

In case of wind, whether mild or strong, it is ESSENTIAL that you SECURE your trampoline.
You should also choose a place in your garden that is as sheltered as possible from wind.

→ FOLD DOWN the POLES and NET when moderate or strong winds are forecast or to protect it from adverse weather conditions.
If needed, fully disassemble the trampoline and/or put it in a sheltered area.

IMPORTANT: The simple presence of an anchor kit or ballast bags does not guarantee that the trampoline is secured in case of wind. The only solution is to fold down the posts and net. If needed, disassemble the jumping surface and foam pads to reduce wind drag as much as possible.
Depending on weather conditions, it may be recommended to fully disassemble the trampoline.

WARRANTY: Breakage following poor weather is not covered under the warranty.

Carefully read the assembly guide and conditions of use for the trampoline, available below.

Can you walk on the spring protector?

NO.
Important reminder: do not walk/run on the spring protector, it is there to protect users from accessing the springs.

You can walk on it to get onto the trampoline, but not all around it.
By walking on it, you will create premature wear and risk damaging the springs.

Tips: To prevent wear around the entrance, remember to regularly turn the protection foam.

Why fold down the posts and net in case of wind?

Folding down the posts will reduce wind drag by nearly 50%. (wind tunnel test).
So it is essential to do so in inclement weather.

The net posts fold down in a few seconds, tool-free, so that you can install our protective tarp (sold separately).

Ideally, when you installed your trampoline, you'll have found somewhere in your garden that's sheltered from the wind so that your trampoline won't go flying off in the slightest breeze.

But to make it even safer, consider fixing or weighing it down.

If your trampoline sits on grass, we recommend using the anchoring kit. If it's on a hard surface, place sandbags on the legs to keep it stable.

All these precautions are important and welcome, but may not be enough if strong winds are forecast.
No matter the season, there's only one thing for it: removing the posts and safety net and the jumping mat if needed.

Unfortunately, this is the only way of stopping your trampoline from getting picked up by the wind.

It is important to note that THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER YOUR TRAMPOLINE against breakage due to weather conditions. (even when using an anchor kit or ballast bags)

MAINTENANCE: Do you need to winterize your trampoline?

YES.
We strongly recommend storing your trampoline for the winter.

You've no doubt noticed that your trampoline consists of a frame, steel springs and a jumping surface.
The metal has been treated to protect it from rust.

So, the thing that needs protecting during winter is the jumping bed and foam protection.

As soon as the weather gets wetter, we recommend putting away your trampoline or, if you're going to leave it outdoors, protecting it somehow.

Of course, if you live in a sunny region, you'll store your trampoline later than in a region that gets frequent rain.

If you live in a region where winters are very harsh (sub-zero temperatures, snow, ice, freezing rain), you'll need to bring the most fragile parts of the trampoline indoors to protect them.

We recommend removing the net, the bed and the protective foam so that you can store them indoors in a place where the temperature won't fluctuate.
So it's best to avoid garden sheds and uninsulated attics. These fabric parts of your trampoline are the most fragile and therefore the most important ones to protect from the winter weather.

Before dismantling the various parts of your trampoline and putting them away for the winter, sweep your trampoline to remove any thorns or twigs that may have fallen onto it.
Then, wipe it over with a damp sponge to remove any dust.
Leave everything to dry before folding up your trampoline. Doing these small maintenance jobs before winter means that you'll find your trampoline in pristine condition come the spring!

For the rest of the frame, we recommend using a protective tarp.

*********************************************************************************

If you don't have space to store your trampoline indoors over the winter and therefore need to leave it outside, you need to protect it from the weather. That's why you need a tarp.

The rain, snow and ice will all put your trampoline to the test over the winter months. Why? Because they all place extra weight on your trampoline's bed. And if you don't get rid of the extra weight manually, it takes some time to disappear by itself. If a static weight (snow or a puddle of water, for example) sits on certain parts of the trampoline for an extended period, this can put a strain on the bed and springs.

If you're not able to dismantle and store the various parts of your trampoline, we recommend putting a tarp over it. First of all, take down the posts that hold up the safety net and lay them on the bed. Then, cover the trampoline with the tarpaulin that came with it or with a standard garden tarpaulin. If it snows and there's a risk that the snow will hang around for several days, it's worth clearing the trampoline with a broom.

And of course, when the trampoline is covered over, children absolutely shouldn't climb on top of it. This would risk damaging the posts and the safety net.

Warranty coverage is subject to proper maintenance of your equipment.
More details available in the user guide.

Round Trampoline 360: User guide and repairs
MAINTENANCE: Are there parts that need regular replacement?

YES.
We recommend replacing the safety net and the protective parts, such as the foam, every 3 years.
Regularly check the bounce elements such as the springs and jumping mat.
If you notice wear on the springs (loss of tension, rust, damage, etc.), then don't wait to replace them.
A broken spring will cause other springs to break.
More details are available in the user guide.

PROBLEM: The trampoline is making noise.

Is the trampoline making a metal noise during use?

→ Check the assembly of your trampoline using the user guide or video.
→ Check that all springs are present and in good condition.
→ Respect the usage recommendations and weight limit of the trampoline.
→ A small walled garden may amplify noises.
→ Metal parts can rub against each other and cause noise.
When assembling your trampoline, use the tube of Teflon grease to lubricate the metal joints to prevent friction.

Round Trampoline 360: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM: The trampoline isn't stable and is moving around.

It is important to check several points:
→ The trampoline should be installed on an even, stable, horizontal surface.
→ The trampoline should not be installed on a hard surface such as concrete, pavement, tile, wood, etc.
→ We strongly recommend fastening the trampoline to the ground using either an anchor kit or ballast bags.
This will ensure better stability of the product and user safety.
→ Check the assembly of your trampoline by going through each step one by one.
→ Check that the legs are not twisted.

Round Trampoline 360: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM:  Help, I can't get the springs assembled!

Be careful on steps 4 & 7
The spring pads are location-specific.
One side for the frame, the other side for the jumping mat eyelet.
Follow the order for assembling the springs (steps 4&7).
IMPORTANT: If you start by assembling the whole thing from the same side, it'll be impossible to complete the installation.

Our tips:
Use the provided tool to correctly assemble the springs.
Lean on the frame to generate more force.
Feel free to take turns putting on the springs, a bit of exercise before enjoying your trampoline!

Round Trampoline 360: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM: One of the springs is broken. Is that normal, and what should you do about it?

Springs are wear parts on your trampoline.

They can stretch over time, and they can even end up breaking.

It is important to regularly check their condition, rust, and loss of tension.
A stretched spring can fall out.

If a spring gets broken, it's important to change it quickly, otherwise the other springs may start to break one by one.

They're available as spare parts in packs of 10.
Your trampoline contains 72 springs.

Round Trampoline 360: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM: A "push-pin" is broken or has fallen out.

If a push-pin falls out, don't panic!

↪ Use our spring tool or needle-nose pliers to remove it.
↪  If it's located further inside the frame, you can use a long flathead screwdriver to pull it out, or even a little wooden dowel or any long, thin object that can reach it.
↪ Pull it out so that you can put it back in place.

↪  See our tutorial below if you have any issues.

They are also available in packs of 5 from after-sales service.

Round Trampoline 360: User guide and repairs
PROBLEM:  The jumping bed is slack.

If your jumping bed is lacking tension, there are several things to check.

The state of the jumping bed.
↪ Make sure there aren't any holes in it.
↪ The fabric parts for attaching the springs should not have come unstitched and should not be damaged.
↪ The metal brackets should all be present and should not be damaged.

The state of the springs.
↪ The elastic bands should all be present and correctly fixed in place.
↪ They should not be broken, damaged, or stretched.

Frame condition.
↪ The frame should not be warped.
↪ The spring housing should not be damaged.

REPAIRS: Does the post cap not come off? Is that normal?

The high post cap is an essential safety element, since it holds the net onto the frame.
Our design team created this cap with a safety notch so that it cannot come off and stays attached to the post.

Did you break it? It is available on its own from after-sales service, or attached to the high post.

To remove the old one, see our tutorial below.
Note that when disassembling, you may damage the safety notch, so you'll need to install a new cap.

Round Trampoline 360: User guide and repairs
REPAIRS: Why is the foam pad that protects the springs in pieces?

Is your foam spring protection pad worn out?

Did you leave it outside all winter? Or do your kids love their trampoline so much that they wore out the entrance? No need to replace the whole thing!

We designed this pad in several pieces so that you can just replace the worn part.
That's both practical and much easier to install!

If you want to replace the whole thing, just order enough to go all the way around!
→ On the Trampoline 240/300: 3 segments.
→ On the Trampoline 360/420: 4 segments.

Important reminder: do not walk/run on this spring protector, it is there to protect users from accessing the springs.
By walking on it, you will create premature wear and risk damaging the springs.
Tips: To prevent wear around the entrance, remember to regularly turn the protection foam.

METAL PARTS
Our materials are durable.

Made of hot galvanized steel, they provide excellent rust resistance.
- All of the springs have a 24 mm diameter and 29 spirals, and are made of steel treated with electro-galvanizing to prevent rust. They have a rigidity of 4N/mm. In the laboratory, they are subjected to 45000 cycles of extension from 15 to 95 mm without breaking or failing.

SOFT PARTS
- The jumping bed is made of UV-resistant polypropylene (material used for boat rigging)
- The UV-resistant polyethylene netting withstands pulling that goes far beyond normal conditions of use.
- The protection foam on the posts are embossed with a crossed weave for more lasting durability.

All of our trampolines not only comply with the Trampoline EN 71-14 standard and toy standards, but are also subject to a number of additional tests by accredited independent laboratories to ensure that they do not present any health risks for our young users (Chromium 6, Phtalates, Formamide, bisphenol A, S).
