For the sessions with a GPS route, Decathloncoach.com gives you the option to export your sessions in a standard GPX format that is compatible with most of the GPS activity and analysis sharing sites.
To upload your file, go to the "Activities" tab followed by the session, whose file you want to recover. Click the "Actions" menu (located to the right of the title of the session) and click "Export in GPX format".
The file is then saved by default in the downloads folder of your web browser.
The way to open downloaded files online depends on your browser. The file often appears at the bottom of your internet window or in the "downloads" menu of your web browser.
All you have to do is upload the file to the site of your choice.
