This jump rope is perfect for learning or perfecting your double jumps in cross training. It will let you accelerate effortlessly during your workouts.

Problems
Can you adjust your skipping rope?
Loosen the adjustment screw on one of the handles.
When stopped, ideally the handles of your rope should reach your armpits when standing with the rope under your feet.
Use a tool (screwdriver) to finish tightening the 2 mounting screws when you've adjusted the length of your rope to your height.
Remove the protective cap from your rope, cut the excess rope, and replace the cap.

Can you use your rope indoors?
Indoors, if the floor isn't hard on your rope, we recommend removing the clear protective housing in order to lighten your rope and make it easier to turn.
Can you use your rope outdoors?
If you want to use your rope outdoors, you need to use the clear protective housing provided as an accessory to protect your cable.
Just place it manually at the middle of the cable, where it is in contact with the ground. (see explanation video in the product file).
This will significantly reduce wear on your rope.
Note that using the housing will slightly increase the weight of your rope.

This speed rope has a very thin steel cable.
This means a lighter-weight rope that can spin faster.
This cable will wear out faster if used on a rough or abrasive surface.
So it is important to choose a smooth surface so that it does not get damaged quickly and retains its properties over time.
Can you replace your skipping rope handles?
We do not offer handles as after-sales parts.

Replacement rope Tools required: Cross-headed screwdriver --- Wire cutter
Remove the protective caps on the rope.
Loosen the adjustment screws.
Remove the screws and handles.
Install your new cable, remembering to also install the clear housing.
Adjust your rope to the right length.

Cut it. Reinstall the protective caps.
Now get moving!

Domyos warranties this product for 2 years
Domyos warranties your product under normal usage conditions for 2 years for parts and labour, from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt. DOMYOS' obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at DOMYOS' discretion.
This warranty does not apply in case of:
* Damage caused during transport.
* Incorrect assembly.
* Repairs performed by technicians not certified by DOMYOS.
* Use and/or storage outdoors or in a damp environment.
* Improper or abnormal use.
* Use other than private use.
This commercial warranty does not exclude the legal warranty applicable in the country of purchase.
