Padding: 85% Polyethylene, 15% Polyvinyl chloride (phthalate-free)

MAINTENANCE

Remember to remove the net and feet from your trampoline in the event strong winds are forecast in your area.

Assembling and setting up

Problems

You have a problem with your trampoline

1. The tubes don't fit together:

=> The product must be entirely assembled for all parts to align properly.

 

2. You cannot finish the assembly:

=> Click "request assistance".

 

3. One of the frame tubes is bent:

=> All parts can be ordered on our website or at your local Decathlon store.

You cannot close the net

1. Fasten the zip on your net.

2. Position your net on the jumping surface so that the zip is centred between two poles.

3. Take the cord on the opposite side by its rigid red tip and tie a knot at the triangle underneath the zip (centred between two poles).

4. Thread the cord into the net's hole and then directly into the metal triangle at the spring. 

You cannot position the screws

1. Assembly problem:

=> Refer to the assembly video above.

 

2. Don't hesitate to force the screws:

=>The screws are self-drilling screws that must slightly drill into the metal for a better hold.

The cords appear to be too short

1. Fasten the zip on your net.

2. Position your net on the jumping surface so that the zip is centred between two poles.

3. Take the cord on the opposite side by its rigid red tip and tie a knot at the triangle underneath the zip (centred between two poles).

4. Thread the cord into the net's hole and then directly into the metal triangle at the spring.

Recommendations for use

Do not use the trampoline during poor weather conditions as this could invalidate the warranty (wind, snow).

Tips for prolonging the lifespan of your trampoline

If repetitive jumping and UV rays have damaged your DOMYOS ESSENTIAL trampoline, rest assured that you can restore it to its original condition. All spare parts are available on our website.

Maintenance and storage tips

In winter, protect your trampoline from bad weather and ideally store it indoors. Remember to remove your trampoline's net and feet as soon as strong winds are forecast in your area.
