I don't seem to be able to transfer my data.to DecathlonCoach.

1 - Make sure you have the latest version of the ONconnect software.
2 - Once you've plugged your watch into your computer, check to see that the device is recognized on your desktop.

2.1 Check the metal contacts at the back of your watch for signs of corrosion. If they are corroded, clean them with alcohol or vinegar and a cotton swab. Also check that the clip is correctly positioned on your watch.

2.2 Reinstall product drivers
2.2.1 On your computer, go to the Control Panel, System tab, then open the Device Manager.
2.2.2 Open the disk drive tab and right click on "STM STR Flash Disk USB Device," corresponding to your device and select Uninstall. Your device will no longer be recognised.
2.2.3 Unplug and then plug in your device; the drivers will automatically reinstall and you will see the following pop-up window:
2.2.4 Check that the product has been recognized in the Device Manager as well as the Desk top.

What do I do if ONConnect doesn't recognise my product?

1. Make sure the cable is properly connected to your watch and computer.
2. Make sure you use a micro-USB cable capable of data transfer. Some micro-USB cables can only be used for charging. These can be identified by a lightning bolt icon on the cable.
3. Make sure you have the latest version of ONconnect

How can I improve the speed of the GPS signal reception?

Satellite signal reception quality is considerably impacted by the environment and your movement.
To facilitate reception, we recommend the following during signal detection:

1. Positioning yourself in a clearing away from buildings and trees.
2. Place your watch on a table or on the ground.

How can improve the reception of the ONMove 710 heart rate monitor?

First of all, check that the cardio mode is properly activated and that your belt is properly paired with your device. To activate the cardio mode, you need to go to the "SETTINGS" menu then "CARDIO BELT". If it takes a long time to locate a signal or if the readings seem inconsistent
1 - Check that your belt is correctly positioned on your body. Also check that it's the right way round.
2 - Check that you have dampened the sensors on your belt.
3 - The HR signal can be affected by electromagnetic interference (power lines, railway, computers etc. When using your heart rate monitor, ensure that you stay away from these kinds of interference
4 - Check that the battery is still charged.

How many points per second (sampling rate) can my watch record?

Your GPS watch's sampling rate range varies from between 1 point every second to 1 point every 5 seconds. The lower the sampling rate, the greater the storage capacity. However, route mapping will be less accurate. You can adjust the frequency setting in the "Library/Product Memory" menu. The default setting is 2 seconds.


Why is my watch not charging properly?

The sensors at the back of your watch may have become corroded due to perspiration.

Clean them with alcohol or vinegar and a cotton swab.
Also check that the clip is correctly positioned on your watch.


Is my ONmove 710 waterproof?

Your watch has a waterproof rating of IPX7. This means that it is designed to withstand heavy rain, accidental splashes and immersion, but is not designed for swimming or water sports.
