The console does not display the correct units of measure
1. Check that the switch on the back of the console is on "Km" to display kilometres or "Mi" to display miles.
2. Make sure the switch at the back of the console is on "VM" for a magnetic bike and on "VE" for a cross trainer.
3. Make sure the switch at the back of the RO/ST console is positioned at the centre.
4. Press "RESET" to confirm the change
The console stays at zero
1. Check that the plugs are correctly attached at the back of the console.
2. Where the stem and frame connect, check that everything is well connected.

There's a problem with the resistance
1. Unscrew the handlebar support tube and check that the cable is properly connected.
2. Ensure that the black cover on the lower part of the cable has been removed.
The bike makes a noise
1. Tighten all visible screws.
2. Check the stabilising pads
The console does not turn on
Your bike works with batteries:
1. Make sure the batteries are in the correct +/- position.
2. If the issue persists, start again using new batteries.
Trouble getting a heart rate reading
1. Make sure the cables coming out from the handlebar are correctly plugged in.
2. Slightly dampen your hands and place both hands on the sensors.
You can't mount the pedals
The screws for the right (R) and left (L) pedals turn in opposite directions:
R= clockwise
L= anti-clockwise
There's a clicking noise with each turn of the pedals
Unscrew the pedals by one turn, then screw them back on very tightly.

Maintenance instructions
1. Unplug the adapter after each use.
2. Clean with a damp cloth (moistened with water) after every use.
3. Regularly check the stability of your bike as well as the tightness of the screws according to the user guide.

Do not leave in a damp place or outdoors.
