I have a problem

MY CONSOLE DOES NOT SWITCH ON

1- Make sure the back of the console is properly connected.

 

 

2-Check that the adaptor is connected to the bike and make sure the power cord is plugged into a wall socket in working order (to check if the wall socket is working, plug in a lamp or other electrical device).

 

 

 

                                                        

MY CONSOLE DOES NOT INDICATE THE RIGHT UNITS OF MEASUREMENT

By default, your console will give you distance and speed information in km and km/h. To change the unit:

1/ Switch off the console.

2/ Press and hold the central button \"OK\" for more than 3 seconds.

3/ Select the unit with the \"+ -\" buttons.

4/ Confirm by pressing the central button \"OK\" , the console will automatically display the start screen.

 

MY BIKE IS NOT STABLE

If the bike is unstable during use, turn one of the knobs located on the sides of the rear foot, or both rear feet, until the bike is made stable.

I CAN'T FIT THE PEDALS

 

The right pedal (R) and the left pedal (L) do not screw on in the same direction:

 

 

 

 

   

THERE'S A CLICKING NOISE WITH EACH TURN OF THE PEDALS

Unscrew the pedals by one turn, then screw them back on very tightly

 

 

 

MY BIKE MAKES A NOISY

Tighten all visible screws

 

 

   

MISSING OR BROKEN PART

Look for the part number and click on 'NO’

 

 

HOW DO I CONNECT MY DOMYOS DEVICE TO MY TABLET/SMARTPHONE?

1/ Download the Domyos E-Connected app free of charge from the APP STORE or GOOGLE PLAY.

 

2/ Open the app.

 

3/ Position your tablet/smartphone near your device. For optimum functionality, place your tablet on the stand opposite the optical sensor (see the operational diagram for the console).

If your Bluetooth® is activated: your device will recognise it automatically. Click on OK. The name of your device will then appear on your screen.

 

If your Bluetooth® is not activated: a window will pop up and you will be asked to give your permission for Bluetooth® to be activated so that your device can be connected.

 

4/ To check that your device is connected to your tablet/Smartphone, you should see the following icon being lit up on your screen.

 

 

PROBLEM WITH APPLICATION "E-CONNECTED"

PROBLEMS MONITORING HEART RATE

  The heart rate indicator is not flashing or is flashing irregularly 1-Check the position of the battery or replace it with a new battery 2-Moisten the belt slightly on the part that is in contact with your skin 3-Make sure you place the belt against your skin and not over your T-shirt  

 

MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the adaptor after each use.

 

2. Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use.

 

3. Regularly check against the instructions that your bike is stable and that the screws are tight.

 

4. If you aren't going to use your bike for a while:

- remove the batteries

- don't leave your bike in direct sunlight or anywhere damp
