CHOOSE THE BRAND OF TABLE
The brand name is printed on your table. The brand may be marked on the frame (sides or support bars) or under one of the tabletops.
Artengo and Inesis are former names of Decathlon brand table tennis products. Pongori is the current signed sport brand name for table tennis products.
Our tables are under warranty for 2 to 5 years for the older ranges and 10 years for our new "Roll & Play" range (FT730 O, FT830 O, FT860 O, FT890 O, PPT 500, PPT 530, PPT 900, PPT 530, PPT 130 Medium, and limited editions). The warranty is also limited to 2 years for the brake, net, posts, plastic cover and adjustable legs. The warranty covers the replacement of defective parts. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, assembly that does not follow the instructions that come with the table, disregard for use and safety instructions, poor maintenance, aggressive cleaning products (tabletop), impacts, falls or any other reason that is unrelated to the quality of the table. How do you request service for a problem under warranty? Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page or send us a letter with the following information:
- the reference, name and/or serial number of your table,
- a description of the problem,
- photos or the defective part,and a copy of the purchase receipt or your Decathlon loyalty card number.

The model name of the table is generally printed on the table. The name may be marked on the frame (sides or support bars) or under one of the tabletops.
Some products sold on our website have a contractual warranty. The duration of this warranty is indicated on the product page for the relevant item on our website. The warranty covers parts and labour. The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts under normal usage conditions. To see the full warranty conditions, go to the "Warranty" section on our website.
For any questions regarding your commercial warranty or a return, you can also contact your local Decathlon store. As part of this warranty, you can bring your product to a Decathlon store workshop with your receipt, which you can save or print from your "online account", or use the contact form at the bottom of this page to request service. You can find the user guides for tables made from 2002 on this website.

If a part is considered defective by our teams and still under warranty, you can return it to us by contacting us via the contact form at the bottom of this page. The defective part will be exchanged and any related shipping costs will be fully reimbursed. If the part is no longer under warranty, go to the product file for your table under the "spare parts" section on our website or contact a workshop technician at your local store to purchase the replacement part.
