The 4-interval timer can be used for personalising a training session by dividing up your exercise into 4 periods. Period 1 = WARM UP: warming up Period 2 = RUN: time of acceleration/rapid or intense exercise Period 3 = REST: time of deceleration/slow or restful exercise Period 4 = COOL: time at the end of the session/stretching
This watch uses the SWIP system. This means that you can replace the strap yourself in a second. Just remove it or insert it. You can get a new strap directly from your nearest Decathlon store or from decathlon.fr. The strap that is compatible with this model is the M STRAP (M is the width of the strap's slider).
