Where can I install my pull-up bar?
It is essential that you install your pull-up bar on a solid wall.
Do not place on a hollow wall such as plasterboard, hollow brick, etc .....
Your wall pull-up bar can be installed indoors or outdoors.
Can I install this bar on a door?
This pull-up bar can not be installed on a door or door frame.

What is the drill diameter?
The diameter of the holes in the structure is 10 mm.
The drill diameter should be adapted to your wall.
What tool do I need to assemble my pull-up bar?
We provide the tool you need to assemble your wall pull-up bar.
It takes around 30 minutes to install.
You'll need a drill or punch to assemble your pull-up bar in a solid wall.
Depending on your mount choice, you'll need a tightening tool such as a screwdriver, spanner, or socket wrench.
If in doubt, feel free to check with your nearest home improvement store.
What is the spacing between the uprights?
To install your wall pull-up bar:
Horizontal space between the holes: 97.5 cm
Vertical space between the holes: 10 cm between the 2 top holes
Vertical space between the holes: 42.9 cm between the 2 bottom holes.
What mount should I use?
It is important to use the correct mounts for your wall.

Cap replacement You'll need a flathead screwdriver.
Gently slide the screwdriver between the cap and the frame.
Remove the cap, which is simply pressed in.
Install your new cap using a mallet if needed.
Your old cap is recyclable.
