Your storage rack is not complicated to assemble.
But take note of a few points!

1- The direction of the screws.
Take care to follow the correct screw direction when assembling; it was designed to optimise use and comfort.
2- Tightening the screws.
You will be able to load up to 230 kg on your rack.
It is essential that it is correctly assembled and that the screws are tight enough.
Regularly check the screws as you use the rack.
3- Frame assembly
Pay attention to the orientation of the vertical supports in step 1.
4- Frame assembly
Pay attention to the orientation of the horizontal support in step 2.
5- Shelf assembly
Pay attention to the direction of the shelf in step 3.
The Corength logo should be visible in front of you.

Overall, all of the storage tubes for plates should be on the same side (the side of the Corength logo on the shelf).

The storage rack has been tested with a maximum weight of 230 kg.
Max load per tube = 50 kg (3 tubes available)
Max load for shelf = 80 kg

You can use 28 mm and 50 mm barbells with your storage rack.
Make sure your ceiling is high enough to accommodate the bar.

The storage rack has a rear bar support for 28 mm and one for 50 mm.
Both are protected by a cap.

You can use a 28 mm bar.
You can use a 50 mm bar.

Using a 50/28 mm adapter, you can also use a second 28 mm bar.

PLEASE NOTE: do not put the 28 mm bar on the 50 mm bar holder without the 28/50 mm adapter as doing so could cause the frame to twist or the bar to fall off.

Compatible with bars for dumbbells, triceps, straight, trapezius, squats, and curls.

You can use plates with an inner diameter of 28 or 50 mm.
Compatible with cast iron, rubber, and bumper plates.
For 50 mm plates, you'll need to use our 28/50 mm adapter (1 provided with the rack)

This rack is intended solely for storage.
Do not use the storage rack as a support when exercising.

We recommend:
- Store all kettlebell or dumbbell style weights on the shelf, up to 80 kg.  
- You can store all your 28 mm or 50 mm diameter plates on each tube up to 50 kg. Try to distribute the weights.
- The space between each tube allows you to store bumper weights on the 2 outer tubes.
- You can also attach 2 bars to the back of the product (28 mm or 50 mm diameter).

If there is play in the frame of the rack, check the assembly and tighten the screws.
We recommend regularly checking the screws to extend your product's life span.

The storage rack might move around on certain types of floor or if the floor is uneven.
If needed, you can attach the rack to the ground (4 holes present / screws not included)

You can also install floor mats.
This will also make training more comfortable and reduce noise levels.

Our product was designed for indoor use in a dry room (in your home or garage). 
It cannot be used outdoors, since the paint has not been treated for outdoor use.
