WEIGHTS BENCH 900 2023

Before buying any equipment, you should check the space you have for your future weight training room.
You'll need at least 2m x 2m. 
Remember to keep some space so you can move around the bench.

Consider installing suitable flooring with slabs. They protect the ground when putting down weights, plates, or dumbbells.

To vary your workouts, accessories can be useful: a belt, gloves, and a pull strap will help you be more effective! 

Think ahead: you might also want to install a weights rack and some storage furniture to complete your set-up.

This bench cannot be stored under a bed,
it is not foldable and is better suited to a room designated for weight training. 
It is around 40 cm high in its lowest position.

The Weights Bench 900 has a declined position: - 15°

It also has 6 other degrees of incline:
0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 80°

No tools required, just remove the metal pin to select the desired incline.

Did you know that from an anatomic perspective, the pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, and subclavius are all different muscles? Isn't that a lot? So why limit yourself to just the flat position?

That is why the 900 bench was designed with different degrees of incline: the inclined position targets the upper pecs, while the declined position focuses on the lower pecs. The vertical position will work on your shoulders.

The seat has 2 levels of incline.
No tools required, just remove the metal pin to select the desired incline.

Our bench is suited to most body types, up to a maximum weight of 130kg.

The back rest length is 92 cm (by 29 cm wide).

The back rest is around 29 cm wide at the shoulders.

The Weights Bench 900 does not have an extension.
The foot rests are fixed so that you can push against them, so they cannot be weighted.
If needed, the leg support can be removed using the metal pin.

Corength does not have an adaptable pad for working on biceps, and we cannot guarantee the compatibility of other brands with the Weights Bench 900 2023.

Depending on the type and flatness of your floor surface, the bench may move.

Your Bench 900 2023 has adjustable feet to help you out.

To improve grip, you can install mats on the floor.
They will increase grip and comfort and also reduce noise.
