Got a question or a problem?

How much space is needed for this pull-ups and dips station?

The 900 TS takes up just 1 m² of floor space so that you can train at home with no hassle.
You'll need a ceiling height of 250 cm to do complete pull-ups.

And to make sure it works for as many people as possible, our design team has tested it with 20 sportspeople, all with very different body shapes and sizes.

The end result? The 900 TS is perfect for anyone between 1.60 and 1.95 m tall weighing no more than 150 kg.

How long does it take to assemble this pull-ups and dips station?

You'll need around 60 minutes to assemble the 900 Training Station.

Our assembly video shows you what to do.

Corength 900 Training Station user guide and repairs
Is it hard to assemble? Any common errors to avoid?

The 900 TS comes with a full user guide and an assembly video (above) so that you can put it together easily.

The crucial steps are:

Step 2:
Make sure that you get the angle of the vertical uprights correct.

Step 3:
Make sure you put the L step on the left and the R step on the right (when you're standing facing your 900 TS).

Step 9:
Make sure the arm rests are positioned correctly

Step 11:
To make yourself even more comfortable, adjust the back rest to fit your body.

Will it damage the floor?

The 900 pull-ups and dips station comes with adjustable feet and pads.
All the same, we strongly recommend installing gym mats on the floor to reduce the risk of damage and to keep the training station more stable. The type of floor you have, your own weight and the load you have on the training station will all affect this risk.

Corength 900 Training Station user guide and repairs
Can it be installed outside?

The 900 TS should not be installed or stored outside or in a damp place.

Corength 900 Training Station user guide and repairs
What is the recommended user height and weight?

The TS 900 is perfect for anyone between 1.60 and 1.95 m tall weighing no more than 150 kg.

Once you've assembled your 900 TS, the first thing to do is to set the back rest for your height (so you can do leg raises).
All of the rest of the equipment can be used without being adjusted - just use the steps for a leg-up if needed.
