I have a problem
There's a clicking noise with each turn of the pedals
Loosen by one turn and then really tighten the pedal screws.
Maintenance
1. Unplug the adaptor after each use.
2. Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use.
3. Regularly check against the instructions that your bike is stable and that the screws are tight.
4. If you aren't going to use your bike for a while:
- remove the batteries
- don't leave your bike in direct sunlight or anywhere damp
My console doesn't come on
1. Make sure the back of the console is properly connected.
2. Make sure the handlebar stem and base are properly connected.
3. Check that the adaptor is correctly connected to the bike and plugged in to the mains and make sure that the plug works.
Difficulty detecting the pulse
The heart rate indicator is not flashing or flashes erratically
=> Check that the heart rate monitor belt is properly positioned (check the heart rate monitor's instructions)
My console does not indicate the right units of measurement
By default, your console will give you distance and speed information in km and km/h. To change the unit:
1/ Switch off the console.
2/ Press and hold the central button \"OK\" for more than 3 seconds.
3/ Select the unit with the \"+/-\" buttons.
4/ Confirm by pressing the central button \"OK\", the console will automatically display the start screen.
Problem with e-connected

1. Tighten all visible screws
2. Check the stabiliser runners
I have a code e2 or e3 on my display

There is a problem with the resistance
1. Check that none of the metal connector strips are twisted.
2. At the back of the console: check that it is properly plugged in.
Where the stem and frame meet: check that it is connected properly.
