My console does not switch on
1. Make sure the back of the console is properly connected.
2. Check that the adaptor is connected to the bike and make sure the power cord is plugged into a wall socket in working order (to check if the wall socket is working, plug in a lamp or other electrical device).
I have error code e2 or e3 on my console

My console does not indicate the right units of measurement
By default, your console will give you distance and speed information in km and km/h. To change the unit:
1/ Switch off the console.
2/ Press and hold the central button \"OK\" for more than 3 seconds.
3/ Select the unit with the \"+/-\" buttons.
4/ Confirm by pressing the central button \"OK\" , the console will automatically display the start screen.
My bike makes a noise
1- Tighten all visible screws
2- Check the stabiliser runners
There's a clicking noise with each turn of the pedals
Loosen by one turn and then really tighten the pedal screws.
Noise problem after assembling the product

Difficulty detecting the pulse
The heart rate indicator is not flashing or flashes erratically
=> Check that the heart rate monitor belt is properly positioned (check the heart rate monitor's instructions)
